Honestly, I didn’t even wanna give it one star I had called this morning around 10 1030 try to get in contact with the pharmacy but it kept saying something about the automated system that they have which to me is new so I hung up and I called the store asked for a manager the manager got on the phone so she said she was a manager I was asking her a few questions. She said she couldn’t help me with the questions then I asked her if she could please transfer me or walk the phone over to the pharmacy and she had such an attitude. She was huffing and puffing and just moaning on the phone so I told her I never met anyone who works at Cvs who has such a nasty attitude like she does the district manager needs to look into the time in the day and see who it was because she really does not need to work there. She will bring the store down.

My provider called in an antibiotic at 9 am and when I went there at 11, they had no record of it. My provider recalled the script and as of 2 pm. I don’t have my medication annd they stated the pharmacy was closed. Unfortunately you can’t be connected to a live person as it’s a callback system. I am extremely angry and as a nurse, this is totally unexceptable.

I needed to confirm if a Rx was called in. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get to a person and the automated system randomly goes silent then comes back saying "I didn't get that". Tried calling another location, and while their automated system worked there is still NO WAY to get through to a person! FINALLY got the option to leave a voicemail. I have little confidence that anyone will respond.
Will actively look for other pharmacy.

Worst customer service . You have to wait for 20-30 mins . Everyone at this location do not like to work here . They just sleep while working and take 30 mins to locate the pickup medicine for each customer . Free advice to everyone to keep your pharmacy location something different than this CVS at Bridgeport avenue in Milford

This CVS is the cleanest with everything in stock. I pick up all of my medications here almost every 3-4 days, the pharmacy team is always very polite. The app is great too and very helpful to remind me about my medications. The young woman behind the front desk was also very kind.
I will always use this CVS for everything i need.

CVS corporate is too cheap to have shopping baskets, pay their workers well enough they are friendly and effective, and worst of all - they are too cheap to hire enough pharmacy employees so that they remain open during store hours. Pharmacies and the Soviet Union were better run than the massive centrally planned pharmacy monopoly that is CVS. It should be nationalized.

We are carepass members and find it very beneficial to saving money on CVS items. The Bridgeport Ave CVS in Milford is well organized and clean. The staff is helpful and friendly.

There's always an issue with pharmacy filling orders. The new one is they can't even get medication. With a "I don't know what to tell you, no one has it in stock at any CVS" ?

Been going to this CVS since it first opened and have never once had any problems or issues with the store or the pharmacy. Everyone in the pharmacy is always helpful and courteous, the same can be said about the store employees. I highly recommend this CVS for all your services. This CVS's pharmacy is far, far, better than Walgreens pharmacy!!

I've been going there for a year and a half and it's been absolutely the worst business relationship I've ever had. The pharmacy is absolute trash. They never have your prescription ready. They're rude at the window and from the hours of 1 to 2 they're closed. What pharmacy closes in the middle of the day like that. These people think they're selling hot dogs not pain-reducing, life-saving drugs. They take their job as serious as somebody selling hot dogs probably less. If you need a pharmacy and if you live in and around Devon and you're looking for a pharmacy go to Walgreens in save yourself the hassle. I give it -5 Stars if I could
