Great experience with the Service Department at Dan Perkins! David the Service Representative I dealt with was really friendly, very informative keeping me updated on the progress of the work. Servicing the vehicle was quick and painless. The waiting area is very nice and a relaxing environment. I would highly recommend them and look forward to continuing to service the vehicle there in the future!

Rolled in with a punctured tire. I was kept updated throughout the entire process by Nichol. My tire wasn’t in stock, so they ordered me a new one. Got put in a rental within minutes. My car was fixed and ready the next day.

Dan made schedule oil change seamless, detected a bad tire while being serviced replaced and aligned tires right then and there made visit very pleasant

Crazy expensive. People were nice with roomy comfortable seating in the waiting room.Bathrooms meticulous. I don’t feel they negotiate car prices in good faith. Shop around to get a good idea of what a fair price would bring. I have two nails in one tire. They examined the tire and told me I would have to change all the tires to maintain my warranty on my four wheel drive car which is a 2019.:crazy! The environment doesn’t need to waste my other tires because of a warranty. My wallet shouldn’t have to waste money on changing out tires that are still good…..what a rip off!
I have not yet changed the tire and am pricing at other garages.
