Used to be cheap, that is why we used to go there. Now dollar general sells most stuff for a dollar that they sell for dollar 25. Prices go up as the quality decline.

Worst experience today with the cashier who is brunette, chunky, maybe mid 20s with glasses.
Literally threw our items into bags. Did not speak a single word to me or my husband during the transaction, not even to tell us our total. Another customer behind us stated shes always this nasty and tries to avoid her when she shops there.
I get that retail jobs are often thankless work and the Dollar Tree isn't the cream of the crop for retail postions, but don't take it out on customers trying to be friendly to you. If you don't like the job, don't work there.
I truly hope management do something about her terrible attitude.

Upgraded big time.. I am sure you will enjoy looking for things they have, but be ready as it is always busy, there may be a long waiting pay line.. Enjoy your shopping

I went to the store on October 19, 2023 around 9am and the Caucasian female running the register was on her cell phone the whole time I was shopping in the store.She didn't great customers or make eye contact, I found that to be extremely rude and unprofessional.

I went into the Cherry St. store today to exchange an item that was broken. When I was in line before the cashier was finished with the customer in front of me she rudely said I couldn't buy that item because the top was the wrong one. It was a plastic green shoe box with a white top. I didn't realize there were matching tops. If she would've said it a friendlier manner it would be okay but she is always rude when I go in there. I left the item & told her she was nasty. I went to the one on Bridgeport Ave. & had no problem, friendly cashiers & managers there. She rudely yelled at my elderly mother one time as well. You walk in the door & she always yells something rude. She is the nastiest women in there. I don't know her name but she is the African American woman that was there today at 11:45am. I've been in the retail business for over 30yrs & if she was my employee she'd be fired along time ago.

Have a great variety of EVERYTHING... Very friendly staff. Lines are always moving fast.

Usually I have a good experience when I go into the Dollar tree in Milford but today it was totally different they had a cashier that was constantly on the phone and not doing her job all I asked her was excuse me are you opened and she says well the lines are long you got to be patient very rudely I really didn't appreciate it she walked around the store like she owned it and the other cashier had to ask her several times take it on a register. I know it's a Dollar tree but they have to do better with their employees

Clean store with all of the product stocked. No empty shelves or boxes in the aisle. I'll come back to this location because it's easy to park and not cluttered or crowded.
