I came in with a mess of a car at least $3000 worth plus. He gave a price we couldn't pass up he talked to us like we were family and he had our backs and I'm talking about MIKE.... Nice guy and fare.

Had a good experience up until I was told to continue driving with a check engine light and "just ignore it." If you need transmission work, there are better shops out there who are more reasonably priced.

Avoid dishonesty they smashed my door on my car and just denied that happened. But when tow truck dropped it off. If need pay for body work after they fix something better off finding a new shop

My '93 Plymouth, my '98 VW, my '08 VW, my new '17 VW, my wifes '13 Ford that she bought from him, my wifes new '20 Honda, my parents Mazda, my parents various Toyotas, and just about all my friends of foregin and domestic models of various ages and styles have been using Dr . Nicks/Mike at one point or another for their complete auto care.I have been going to Dr. Nicks/Mike as my only mechanic for over 20 years. I've probably put his kids through college with all the business my family has given him. Even though I moved out of town, I still take the trip to use them. Excellent mechanic/team and shoots it straight. A nice guy, without sugar coating problems, or giving you a doomsday scenario. He has performed oil changes to full engine swaps for me! Saving me a lot of headaches, as well as money! No idea what I'll do if/when he retires. But ill continue to use him until he does, and probably pester him after too. Thanks again *****

Dr. Nicks Transmission & Complete Auto Care is a great place. I have taken my car there five times over the past three years & have always been impressed with their knowledge about cars & their generous handling of my car & account. I have shown up with a car problem & Mike, the owner has stepped out of the office to help me immediately. A couple of times he has pursued a fix right there in the parking lot. I am in awe of their knowledge about cars and wouldn't trust my car to any other repair shop. I have owned probably about fifteen cars in my life & probably as many mechanics. I would state without hesitation that Dr. Nicks is the fairest, most competent mechanic I have ever frequented.

Ordered a transmission on Thursday, tried to deliver it Monday but my driver was going to get there after 5. My driver called them to see if they would be there after 5 but they did not answer. Called in the morning to apologize for not making it, telling them they'd be the first stop in the morning, but the guy was very rude. Self centered rude people do not go there.
