i would not trust my car with anyone else. they are the best at what they do. michael & gary are honest & helpful and will always look out for their customers 1st. the reason their parking lot is always full is because so many others trust dulins automotive with their car. totally worht the wait.

Believe it or not, honest automotive repair shops do still exist. Dulin Automotive is one of them. My son brought his car there in November of 2021 to have his emission system repaired. Everything was working perfectly until July of 2023 when the same issue occurred again. Knowing a little something about cars, the part responsible for the failure has a longer life expectancy than a year and a half. Now I understand that parts can fail prematurely but was surprised at how Dulin handled it. Not only did they replace the part with a new one, they did not charge him for the labor. They didn't argue or give him a hard time which is a far cry from my dealings with other automotive shops. This is one company that truly stands behind their work. I would definitely make Dulin Automotive your go to place for all car repairs/servicing.

Awesome staff. The mechanics do an amazing job helping you keep your vehicle on the road and safe. Usually, you have your vehicle serviced by the next business day. Their very fair on the service fees.

I am not from the Milford area and was buying a used car for my daughter and wanted a reputable mechanic to give it a look over. Based on these reviews, I felt comfortable and safe bringing the used car for an inspection to get an honest opinion on whether to move forward with the car or to pass on it..When I went inside, there was a lady waiting for her car and I asked her if she was familiar with the automotive shop. She told me she's been coming there for 20 years and wouldn't bring her car anywhere else. That eased my mind right away. I watched other regulars come and go that clearly had great relationships with Mike and his facility. I would highly recommend bringing your cars here if you're looking for an honest and reputable mechanic that is trustworthy and ethical.Thank you so much Mike for the peace of mind you gave me as a mom that my daughter will have a reliable and safe vehicle to drive. Highly recommend Dulin Automotive, Inc in Milford, CT (near Devon/Stratford line) for car repairs - I had been going to a local well known mechanic in the area for years but this past few months I could never get a time scheduled to get my car in for minor and what seem to be major repairs. My car was rattling and screeching for months but my first try in bringing it in I was told they were too busy and with a diagnostic check that it was ok to drive but didn’t really put me at ease with that statement. Also with the years the pricing seemed to get much higher for general maintenance and because I was a regular and trusted them I never questioned the pricing.I called Mike at Dulin and explained my recent grinch storm home disaster and what was happening with my car and asked if I could get partial repairs done at least and Mike got me right in. There’s a bit more to do but it’s sounding and running better than even before all the pop up issues so definitely won me over. And I feel that the pricing was honest and fair. If you read the reviews online you’ll understand why they’re considered one of the best mechanic shops in Milford.Services: Tires
