New Building, Location is perfect, right off the highway. The yard is large. The property is protected by gates. Easy in and out for any commercial vehicle.

It is very difficult to get through to them. Phone rings constantly. Despite precise protocols in place regarding deliveries, they continue to ignore that and scheduled deliveries become "pending". I just spent an hour on the phone with the national center and they tried to get me through to the local CT location. After a long wait, I get an answering service that said to call back later. Poor service.
