This location is the worst I asked for my original copy of my receipt on a game that I purchased and the employee is very rude and I will not ever shop again for games very disrespectful

Terrible customer service. That woman with the glasses and hair dye is a jerk when it comes to BS store policies. Complete waste of my time and money. I hope this place closes permanently in the very near future.

I had a very poor experience at this location, and with GameStop customer service in general. When Pokemon Blooming Waters was released on February 7th, GameStop was enforcing a limit of 2 items per customer. I arrived hours prior to opening (sacrificing sleep) in order to be one of the first in line. However, a random employee decided that because the line had more people than there were boxes available, he was going to change the limit to 1 item per customer. This meant that all of the lazy people who showed up at 9:30am right before opening received a box, and I woke up early and stood in line for hours for no reason at all. I submitted a complaint to GameStop customer service both by e-mail and by phone afterwards, but I was never contacted by someone. Since GameStop employees can apparently enforce their own rules, I won't be shopping there anymore. This is despite the fact that the employee also made me and everyone else sign up for Pro, which didn't seem right, since the website showed two prices for the item. It was just a very bad experience.

Bought a used ps5 from here today. When I tried to use the controller, the joystick was completely broken. I ask if I can replace it (within 45 mins of the purchase) and they said they’d have to give me an entire new used system, which they didn’t have. They then suggest swapping the broken controller for 9$ off a new one, after telling me it was 20$ off over the phone. Thanks a lot. I know it’s not the employee working that day’s fault, it’s the people behind the scene who “check” these systems, which clearly was never done. Will never be buying anything through game stop again. Lesson learned👍🏼

Horrible, worst gamestop I've ever been to
To start, one of the cashiers (skinny white guy) looks like he hadn't showered in 5 weeks. Birds nest of a beard and greasy looking. The store itself looked just as bad as he did. Two employees working (aforementioned white guy and one African American gentleman) standing around doing nothing meanwhile there are shirts, plushes, garbage, and video game cases scattered on the floor.
Would be nice if employees here actually knew a thing or two about current video games. Don't bother asking questions, as they won't have an answer for you and act like they haven't talked to a person since crawling out of the ground on groundhog day last year.

Solid experience. No complaints, really. The only thing is that they didn't have what I was looking for, time and time again. The store had the basics, of course, but nothing truly made it stand out from other Game Stop stores.

Very clean and well-stocked store. Great Pokemon selection. Definitely recommend, and we’ll be returning.

Dom and his crew are awesome. Helpful, friendly and attentive to customers needs. They understand how Physical Media is still very much important to some of us gamers.

It is 11:30 am and the store is closed. It’s a regular weekday and no one is here. Not impressed

We stopped in to this location during the Christmas holiday season. We spent over 200 bucks and were told that we had to pay for a bag to put our merchandise in... SMH. This is ridiculous. Might be my last visit.

It'd be nice if GameStop was open during their business hours.

It's 2 days before Christmas, I had a game in my hand and was looking to buy more when the store manager came over and said someone in line wants that game and it's store policy for him to take it from me. WTF? So outraged! Never shopping here or at any GameStop again.
