We stopped in to this location during the Christmas holiday season. We spent over 200 bucks and were told that we had to pay for a bag to put our merchandise in... SMH. This is ridiculous. Might be my last visit.

It's 2 days before Christmas, I had a game in my hand and was looking to buy more when the store manager came over and said someone in line wants that game and it's store policy for him to take it from me. WTF? So outraged! Never shopping here or at any GameStop again.

The customer service was terrible. I was given a scratch card with a code. When trying to get the code off the paper came off and was unreasonable. They said they couldn’t help me after spending 531$

02/02/2023Purchased a used Xbox series S. Tracked it down off the GameStop website (traveled 50 miles). Was helped by Chris. He was extremely helpful in the trade in process and transaction. He also provided me with information regarding the platform and several FPS games. In-spite of the heavy foot traffic he managed multiple transactions while answering all my questions.The only downfall was GameStop left him as the only employee in the store. Provide more resources for your faithful employees!

Terrible terrible service. My son’s spent over $4000 in this store getting gifts for all their cousins and my oldest was kicked out the store. Well.. I hope they count their days. WALMART & TARGET are cheaper! & the manager chooses when to price match and when not to. I guess all employees have to get prejudice inclined courses.
