I will no longer be shopping at this goodwill. It is incredibly overpriced, and they do not treat their employees or shoppers fairly. I have spoken to many of them who are unhappy with how this location is being run. If you show them that something is overpriced their hands are tied, and they won’t help you. If you ask them to price something without a tag they won’t allow you to buy it that day. You ask them to hold a large item behind the register while you shop and they say no. The employees openly share their frustrations with all of the ridiculous policies, and I don’t blame them! Such a shame. Hope things change soon!

Turned away prior to closing at 6:50pm. Apparently they decided to close at 7pm even though the door says 9pm. Staff was very rude, basically shoed us out the door. It’s a shame. Lost a customer

DO NOT WORK HERE!!! Giving it one star because I can’t give it zero. Management does not care about absolutely anything except the numbers they get from sales. They are extremely unprofessional and do not cater to any employees needs. Employees will make fun of the disabled workers. They will fire you over the smallest things. They are not lenient with your personal life. Costco should buy the building out and they should just eliminate this goodwill altogether. Managers all have a ugly attitude to match their faces and it’s sick , stay far away

I’m from out of town and stopped here. I got a few good deals. If they were not half price I would have not bought, just too expensive for a goodwill but I lucked out today. Store looked clean. I’ve seen much worse. Cashier was friendly.

This goodwill is very packed a lot of options I prefer it to the other one on post road but god it is expensive. $3 for movies and a tank top was 8.45! Ridiculous especially because the other goodwill only prices their movies for $1

Everything is fine except that the clothes are used and even if they are brand name it is no longer worth it, they put it at 4.99 also the same as the other shirts

The location is rough. Right at an intersection on a steep hill with a narrow parking lot. Also, the hours are incorrect. I went there today and there were closed 2 hours early.EDIT: The early closure was because of the inclement weather.

I was donating clothes. I pulled up, popped my trunk and waited for the attendant to remove the bag. (She had bright orange hair of this identifies her) she literally just stood there staring at this sky as if I’m supposed to put my car in park running with my baby in it, to GET OUT and do whatever job she is supposed to do? I’m really not sure what exactly her job was to be honest. I rolled my window down and called to her, saying “excuse me, hello..?” IGNORES ME. Ridiculous. Finally she must have realized I was not getting out of my running car to remove the single bag from my trunk, and come over to the window and just stares at me. I said there’s just a single bag, thank you! Again says nothing and reluctantly does her job and takes the bag. Never in my life have I had an experience like this at a goodwill. Next time I will not donate here. (I would like to add that I have donated many times here in the past and never had this experience before)

Manager wouldn't get something priced for me. Bad experience and not very customer oriented. This is not a good way to keep customers happy. Will not be returning to this store soon. I wanted these fake flowers.

Very rude cashier I was going to buy an old radio priced for $8 but the cashier said $8 is not the right price for this radio he called the manger to reprice for $20 which that radio is not worth $20 I am tired of those greedy workers who work for a greedy corporation those stores are supposed to help low income people not to match eBay or Amazon used stuff prices people need to speak up about the greed Goodwill become how come they get free stuff and price them as eBay and other selling services prices

Wish i could give 0 stars and just leave this review…i went into this store the other day and went to compliment one of the managers on the new set up and she just stood there staring at me..???? it got awkward so i started to just walk away and she says “yeah you better walk away” i was so confused and distraught. i’ve heard lots of bad things about the management there and after that day..it all makes sense! as i was walking out of the store i heard someone say “bye monkey” not sure if it was towards me but i was the only one walking out soooo. very uncomfortable, haven’t been back since
