I am so happy to have found a reliable, knowledgeable place to have my MINI Cooper repaired and serviced. The customer service is unmatched by any other repair shop. Rudy has years of experience with BMW and MINI cars. Instantly he knows what is needed. Service is performed as quoted and completed very promptly. None of the "smoke and mirrors" treatment that is common at dealerships. I would not take my MINI any where else.Services: Steering & suspension repair

Brought my car to helmuts for leak detection and repair. Throughout the experience, Rudy kept me informed of needed repairs and worked diligently until issues were resolved. Rudy is hard-working, honest, and always took time to explain the repairs to my car. Highly recommend!

Rudy is a great guy with real skills working on Mini Coopers! Eunice in the office is also so friendly and efficient. I hope not to need him too often, but it's the only place I'll go for repairs from now on.

This place is the great, I've been coming here for years. Rudy and his team do very honest work, never have any other issues with my car other than normal service. They are straight up about what is wrong, what you need and what needs service down the line.

Rudy and his team are what we all are looking for - honest mechanics who do it right the first time. I get great service for my vehicles, and Rudy has also provided quick, quality and reasonably priced service to my out of town guests who ran into trouble with their vehicles. The office staff are friendly and professional, and a joy to work with. I have been bringing my vehicles to Helmut's for eight years, and recommended the Helmut's team to friends and family.

This place horrible, the guy is super nasty and has a terrible attitude. He acts like a 3 year old throwing a tantrum for no reason. Either suck it up and fix cars or get a different profession because you are nothing but unprofessional. Don't do us any favors buddy, no one needs your flack. We all have our issues, don't take yours out on everyone else. I will never go here again when there are ppl right down the street that are looking to serve the public with a smile and fair price. I'm afraid he's going to snap on the wrong person one day and pay a hefty price. Not everyone will take your garbage attitude. Obviously, by reading the other reviews I'm not the only one he had a fit in front of, I can't imagine what he does behind closed doors. It's stressful enough to have a vehicle that needs work, ppl don't need extra aggravation from him. Zero stars should be an option
