My wife had a birthday coupon for complimentary earrings that needed to be redeemed. The sales associate, Berline, was exceptionally helpful in assisting her with selecting beautiful earrings and providing excellent customer service. She went above and beyond her basic job requirements. This establishment and its employees are outstanding.

Regular customer here. Everyone who works here is super chill and helpful. Only complaint is that the store's become more of an anime store than anything, but that's the fault of corporate, not the employees.
