They tell you how it is, and work on what you ask for. Don't feel like they're tacking on random fees or recommended fixes unrelated to what you came in for.I appreciate what they do and look forward to using them again when problems arise.

Honesty and integrity! Brought my mother’s car in for a repair she thought needed to be done. Intown owner said unnecessary, not a safety issue. He test drove and inspected the car that morning for no charge. Will only go here in the future! Can’t recommend enough.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Just left Intown Auto in Milford and had to share how impressed we were. My husband got a flat tire and put on the spare but wanted them to order a new tire for us, check the spare and check the muffler which was rattling. When we arrived to pick up they said our original tire was still under warranty and we should have it replaced for free where we purchased it, they fixed a minor problem with the muffler, and told us our spare was great.Here’s the amazing part- They charged us NOTHING even though they took the time to put it up on the lift and look it over and fix the minor problem. Not to mention giving us advice about our warranty info.Mechanics can get a bad rap for being dishonest and overcharging, and this business was the exact opposite. I hope they can get some more business out of this. They certainly have ours!Services: Exhaust

My husband and I me Jeff and his awesome wife at a restaurant and we decided to give his shop a chance because we didn't have a regular mechanic. Needless to say, it's years later and we are still bringing our cars to Jeff. Like another reviewer documented, Jeff has also called and told me nothing was wrong with my vehicle. We got the opportunity to work with Glenn, when Jeff was on vacation and enjoyed that experience, too. We also met other mechanics when Jeff checked out a new vehicle we were test driving. We have nothing but positive things to say about the shop, it's owner and staff!

Solid Yelp find right here. Needed a simple oil change and ended up getting some additional work done in my 2004 Subaru Impreza. Personable and quick to respond. They do a great job of explaining things, as well. That's key for someone like myself that doesn't understand what's going on under the hood.

The guys at In-Town are the absolute best. Jeff and his crew are extremely professional running a very clean Shop with exceptional service. So far I’ve had an AC recharge, An engine Tune up, and a Transfer Case replacement. Couldn’t be more happier with the service. Jeff gets your car done in a timely fashion at a fair price. But the part that is extremely rare, is that his shop cares for your car. They don’t cut corners and they treat your car the same they would treat theirs. To me that’s Priceless.Thanks In-Town!- Josh

Jeff is the most honest and helpful mechanic I've met. We've brought our cars here for 20+ years and have always been happy with the service. Prices are fair and he doesn't recommend work or parts that aren't needed.
