I have known John, the owner, for more than 30 years and there is nowhere else I'd bring my vehicles to get maintenanced or fixed. My cars always come back to me exactly the way John and I agree upon. He is the most honest mechanic I've ever been to. So if you are in need of one, call John...he will be there for you!!!

I paid John to fix check engine and tire pressure errors before I sell the car. He gave me back the car with errors reset, they reappeared as we were driving the car back home and have stayed on ever since. John insisted he gave me a good deal when I asked for a partial refund. I had to bring the car elsewhere to fix the tire pressure sensor and fully replace the tire John’s garage worked on, as it got flat. The new garage told me there was a chunk of tire missing inside, they assumed someone who previously worked on it jammed it off.

What more can I say besides A1 ! These are the guys that will have my referrals as well as any car of mine. I must say this place is truly a diamond in the ruff that I'm so glad I stumbled upon. I use to go to John when he was in Fairfield. Nice guy, knows his stuff. He always explained what needed to be done now, what could be done at a later date, and reasonably priced.

In March of 2021, I had a starter problem with my ****** **** ****** *****. Having done my own repairs over the last 50 years, this one stumped me. With apprehension, I began calling different garages to seek a fix. Randomly calling a few mechanics, I got in touch with JD Auto Service. John seemed friendly enough, so I decided to give him a try. He said it would cost about $100 to diagnose the problem, and I brought the car in on March 4th. The next day he called me saying the car was fixed. Holy cow I thought, what great turn around. On Saturday I nervously drove to pick up the car wondering how much the final bill would be. He presented me with a bill for $109.00 and I almost fainted. Where do you find anyone who lives up to their estimate and does the work quickly and accurately? Although this may sound like a paid advertisement: its not. I never met the man before but will be in his debt forever. It is so rare to find a man with such honesty professionalism and integrity. I’ll never go any place else to have my car repaired.
