I bought my certified pre-owned vehicle from here. I usually have said vehicle serviced at a different, closer to home Hyundai dealer where I was told I may have an oil leak. I decided to go back Key Hyunday of Milford where I purchased the vehicle, where they charged me $250 for confirming the oil leak diagnosis PLUS also diagnosing and apparent axle also “leaking grease”. I have a friend who I asked for help with deciding what to have fixed, so to pass on the disgnostics I recorded on a voice note the conversation with the service advisor explaining that the axle work would be covered under warranty while the oil leak would not. Fast forward 10 days, when I had the appointment to fix the covered axle repair, when picking up my vehicle the same service provider is charging me $679 for the work performed. I said that I was using the coverage of my warranty to pay for it, he said it wasn’t covered and I reminded him the date when I first came and what he told me, he didn’t seem to recall. Then I remembered the voice note recording and I pulled out my phone and played it back for him. He said that had been his mistake (to have said that the axle work is covered) because it wasn’t but he would honor his “recorded” word. Thank God for the recording otherwise they would have probably made me pay 💰 unjustly!

I recently purchased my car from key Hyundai of Milford, and my experience was absolutely perfect from start to finish! Everything went smoothly, and I couldn’t have asked for better service.
Yousif Malta was the person who helped me, and he was truly amazing — very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He took the time to explain everything in detail and made the whole process stress-free. You can tell he really knows his job and genuinely cares about his customers.
Thank you, Yousif Malta, for making my car-buying experience so easy and enjoyable! I highly recommend this dealership and especially Yousif to anyone looking to get a new car. 🚗💙

This Dealership tried tacking on $1400 in unwanted extras to my car purchase. Others don’t do this. Horrible business.

She made the buying decisions easy I put off buying a SUV for several months due to not wanting to deal with a car sales person, Lucy personally and Tucson appeals won me over. Five Stars for Lucy

I returned to Huyndai because Lucy was an outstanding representative and led me through the process with professionalism. As a former sales trainer, I found that Lucy did everything right and eliminated my hesitation and mistrust immediately. She is a star and the best car salesperson I have yet to see in this business!! 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I read the negative reviews online but decided to give this place a chance anyway, as I was shopping for a certified used Hyundai at different locations and wanted to be as thorough as possible. Prior to visiting, I let “Tameira” know what I was interested in and asked her to entice me to visit her dealership, as their advertised price was a little pricier than a comparable vehicle I was looking at at another dealership. She mentioned 0% financing and of course that sounds too good to be true so I asked, “Tameira, the link you sent me is the Tucson I am interested in (2023) but I noticed you mentioned the 0% financing, which is for used cars as well?” And she responded “Yup! This special is for our preowned and newer cars.” My next text said “Last question only because I do not see it on here, is this a certified preowned?” and she said “ Yes, this car is a certified preowned.”
I went in this morning and spoke with a salesperson who was pleasant and kind (nothing bad to say about her). I asked for her to run some numbers and she ended up getting one of the managers (I don’t remember his name) and he explained things to me. The numbers were much higher than I anticipated, which I found was because it included a 6% interest rate. Kindly, I asked why the 0% apr financing didn’t apply and I was met with a chuckle and was told “that’s not for preowned cars.” At this point, I ended up explaining that I was told that it was for certified preowned and he said “that’s not true” … I can’t say with absolute certainty that he was saying “that’s not true” to it not being offered towards certified preowned or if he meant “that’s not true” about me being told that information, but it felt implied I was being accused of being dishonest. I then told him I had it in writing and he asked to see it, to which I showed him the exchange of the conversation with “Tameira.” He said that I used the term “used” (in the conversation which I did) and that this was for preowned and there’s a difference. I had him scroll down further and pointed out that ”Tameira” told me it applies to the car I had her send me the listing for, which was the only reason I visited the location.
The gentleman still tried to blame me about the verbiage I used (used car vs preowned) but it didn’t make any sense. He was continuously changing around what he was saying the 0% applied to.
Finally he ended by saying “well, Tameira doesn’t know what she’s doing or what she’s talking about.”
There was no apology for the misunderstanding, except for my salesperson saying “it seems there was a miscommunication” when in fact, this was just a textbook bait and switch.
Before leaving, he asked me what other dealerships I visited and I told him I’d rather not say anything. I just wanted to get out of there at that point because I was so annoyed that I wasted my morning going there. He kept pestering me saying “why not? Why can’t you tell me?” I told him I just didn’t want to and he said “well why?” He behaved like a child who didn’t get his way. I worked with two other Hyundai dealerships (whom I will update in this post) once my purchase is finalized of things continue to go smoothly.
Also, I keep using “Tameira” in quotations because I don’t think this specific person exists or if it’s someone tasked with bringing in customers. I text her back (after what transpired) “ Hi, I wanted to let you know that the 0% financing is not toward preowned cars, according to one of your managers. Maybe you knew that, and used that to get me in the door, and if that's the case I'm very disappointed at your dealership.” She had been punctual in responding to me but never said anything after this. An apology or saying “I made a mistake” I would have been accepted.

I had to come in and test drive an Ioniq 9 for a Corporate Fleet Purchase. Even though I told my Sales Rep I personally would not be buying the vehicle, Matt was a true professional every step of the way.
I think he could build one of the Ioniq 9s if he had to. He did exactly what I needed done - and I promise, even if my company doesn't buy from Matt - me and my wife are coming back in December for a new SUV.
Thanks again Matt!
