My experience with Extra Space Storage at 1525 Boston Post Road in Milford CT was all around amazing; from the time I reserved the storage unit, to the time I moved out.
The entire process was haste free and went very smooth, and the staff was extremely helpful and courteous, especially Jennifer. Also, the location is very spacious, clean, and has great temperature control.
I highly recommend this location! Thank you for having such a wonderful place and providing great customer service, sincerely Luz.

Recently tasked with helping an elderly neighbor who had items in long term storage at the Milford location. We initially met with District Team Lead Erika, a nice, attractive young lady who was very engaging, helpful and patient in answering our questions. Assistant Store Manager Jennifer assisted us in gaining access to the storage unit. She was charming, pleasant and personable in her interactions with us. Lastly, Assistant Store Manager Mikaela was pleasant, engaging and helpful in facilitating contact with another storage unit customer who assisted me in the disposal of some of the unit’s contents. The customer support experience and interactions with these three young professionals was exceptional. I so enjoyed working with all of them and would highly recommend this storage facility to anyone based on the cleanliness, ease of use/access to storage units and OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Erika, Jennifer and Mikaela are great ambassadors for this location and deserve to be recognized for their fantastic work and positive attitudes.

They made sure we had everything we needed to set up our storage unit, walking us through each step with such care and attention that it felt like we were old friends. Erika's knack for details and Jennifer's infectious energy made the process not just easy, but enjoyable!
