Spending a minimum of $1000 and I get followed by a young black kid who forgot that his job is not security and accusing substantial spending contractors. Cause of this experience I'll only come here if home Depot is out of stock. This kid has followed me and my colleagues three times.

In that store is like going to the DMV rude and don’t help. I order a stove, and when I supposed to be getting the delivery they never call me or show up. I wanted to cancel the order but they said can’t this is horrible customer service. Might go to Home Depot

Went there to purchase a stove. I asked for one stove I wanted and really like and I could afford. Instead Ended up getting something I didn’t asked for. The sales person kept on trying to sell me another stove that costs more but I didn’t like. Even tho I told her several temes what stove I wanted, she still put in the system the one that was more expensive, in other words the one she thought I should get. Now I’m stuck with a stove I don’t like nor want. Horrible customer service

Lowe's is Lowe's. Better, more organized than Depot. Prices are slightly higher, but the average worker seems more knowledgeable and actually happy to work there.

There are a few workers there who make the shopping experience so fun and everytime my self and husband to this location its an experience which makes us want to come back. Everyone is taking there time and does not move fast like other home stores..thank you to Ms Linda,Joseph in painting and a few other gentlemen that work by customer service. It's good to have people instead of the computerized checkout and I'm not over 50yrs old saying this hahaha

Top notch establishment went there to purchase a trailer searched all over this was the only place that had a trailer with title in hand oh yeah I went to Home depot same trailer $200 more and they didn't have the title to any of there trailers Thanks Lowe's of Milford you save the day before I forget the associates that help me 👌 you deserve a raise your assets to Lowe's again Thanks so much
