I have been shopping at this store for over 15 years. Marshalls is one my favorite stores. On my last visit to this location I bought few items. The cashier informed me that they don’t have a bag to carry my items out. I had few smaller items that are hard to carry individually. The manager said they have been out of bags for a week. In addition, the store is messy and carts are blocking the front door. Management needs to take notice to improve the customer experience at this location.

If you’re looking for Hello Kitty blankets at all don’t bother here. Had a horrible experience where staff, including manager, were holding blankets for the other employees. Despite being told by them that the policy is that they cannot for customers or anyone else. They take full advantage and are rude about it. Most of the other items found here that are Hello Kitty related can also be found in any of the other locations. Don’t waste your time.

This Marshall Milford is small. The aisles are so small only one shopping cart can go though. The air conditioner wasn't on in certain parts of the store. The cashier I didn't get his name was pleasant. The line went so quickly. I saw a customer quickly walk out with a purse hanging over her shoulder which still had all its tags. She was hoIding a young child's hand. Some people are desperate and for me this was sad to see. I noticed her because many customers were walking out with Marshalls shopping bags which were free. Where was the loss prevention representative/agent?

Probably the cleanest Marshalls I've ever been in but on the other hand one of the smallest locations.
Staff was nice.

One of the nicest Marshalls I’ve been to. It’s clean and well-stocked. It’s also not crowded. The dressing room employees were super nice and helpful. Totally recommend this location.

I like going to marshallas but the dressing rooms the past 2 weeks have been dirty and smelly.i hope they don't start letting the store go.im there every week
