Great experience. Our consultant who helped us- Kurt - was really helpful and showed us plenty of mattresses that fit both of our needs. Very friendly and patient while we made our decision. Would recommend to anyone!

Kurt was amazing! He was very knowledgeable and found the PERFECT mattress for us. We went to other places first and nothing even compared to what mattress firm had to offer in terms of both products as well as customer service.

At first i was cautious because i felt i was mislead by the website. The prices did not even come close to the ones on the website. That was my fault, i didn’t pay attention to which mattress i was looking at. I wasn’t too sure about the salespeople either they were busy and seemed a little frustrated. Then I met Thomas, what a great person, calm and peaceful, had the knowledge to answer my questions, gave me a few options once we found what i needed in a mattress. I was able to make an informed decision about which one to choose thanks to him. I paid a little more than i thought i would but very pleased with my choice and the options i have if i don’t like it in the long run. Thank you Thomas for making my experience a pleasant one and helping me walk out happy and satisfied with everything. You deserve a raise and are an example of good service! Thank you again!

Excellent service provided by Alexandra of this Milford location. She was attentive and attuned to the feedback my husband and I gave her during our in-showroom mattress tour/trials. Highly recommend this location and Alexandra as your sleep expert!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience here!!! I was helped by Chris who was so incredibly helpful and allowed me to get an AMAZING deal!!! I even ordered the wrong size mattress by accident at first and he was able to fix it for me quickly with absolutely no issue. He’s the best and I will definitely be coming here again in the future!!

I came in with my toddler and immediately felt good vibes! Leonora was friendly and professional. She was very helpful in helping me choose a mattress and although I went in with a budget, I ended up walking away spending more but realizing from her that this is an investment. I didn’t realize how much I liked the Temperpedic pillows so I bought a set as well. I’m so excited for my new bed to come in! I would buy here again:)
