“Just to let everyone know, I never had any issues reaching the customer service department. I was able to speak to someone right away and there was correspondence also by email. I originally called to check on the status of my order and they were honest and had mentioned that the order may not ship til the date that was originally anticipated for delivery in the first place due to a high volume of orders. I explained why I wanted the order to be delivered by that specific date due to my niece’s graduation from her nursing program. They sent me an invoice for expedited shipping (which was reasonable for overnight shipping) and guaranteed that my items would be personalized and shipped out that day. “I saw Lindsay at the Woodbridge location on March 25, 2026. Lindsay was very professional and helpful. She showed me that I had a lot of leaks from my mask. She fitted my mask correctly on my face, adjusting the straps. I didn’t realize that I wasn’t getting the correct therapy and that I should be getting better results now.
