This is one of the worst branches to go to. The ONLY helpful staff I’ve encountered was at the framing department, but otherwise they ignore you or go into staff only areas to actively avoid customers. All but one of the registers is self check out, so whenever I go in with cash I end stuck there for a half hour or longer waiting for someone to ring me out, and heaven forbid I’m looking for anything that happens to be locked up. Like, I’m just trying to exchange money for wedding/baking/drawing but it’s absolutely frustrating to come here.

Love this place every and anything that you could ever want or need for the house or any kind of DIY projects or pretty much anything if you want to reupholster your furniture anything this place has everything and great prices as well

Michael's is mostly only selling their brand yarn. I did see they have fabric now.

i went to micheal’s and my experience was horrible. Not only was i and other people racially profiled but i felt very very uncomfortable. While shopping for a few items and having to do a return i was watched by an employee and followed throughout the store. Now when i did a return they didn’t want to refund my money because they were just too lazy to do it. I went to another cashier and she happily returned my money. Shoppers beware if you are a minority you will be monitored. that is sad.

This store is immaculate! I have never seen a Clearance aisle so organized! They have a huge selection and the team members there are super helpful. Special shout-out to Marisol who was extremely helpful to me and assisted so many other customers in such a short amount of time.

OMG! This place is huge! Everything you clan possibly need for any project. I needed cupcake tins and found them easy. The only problem is the selection was very limited for baking. I've been there svelral times and never left dlispponlted.
