I was travelling from Ct to Boston on Monday March 4th when my tires started to loose pressure even after filled them twice that morning. I was in Milford CT, and I googled tire shop. The closest location was Monro Auto Service and tire Center.I called the place and I was directed to come in right away. The attendant was very courteous and asked me to leave the keys in vehicle and to have a seat.I could see from the glass all the work that was being performed. all 4 tires we checked and the front driver side seemed to have had a nail in it. after 25 minutes or so, the attendant came and told me that "you are all set". When I handed him my credit card, I was shocked to hear him say, "no need, drive safely back to Boston" I insisted but the gentleman said no you're good,This was one the best experience that I have with any car repair shop in the last 30 years. I give this place 10 stars for making my day and I recommend that shop to anyone in Milford and surrounding towns. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

I’ve gone to Monro for years, previously with a Fleet managed car and now my personal vehicle. All experiences have been great! They are knowledgeable and perform great work for a competitive price. Above all, they are honest and straightforward with their customers. No B.S. or misleading the customer into unnecessary repairs, which is a breath of fresh air in today’s market. 10/10 recommend!

Best and most honest guys around! I Would not take my car anywhere else, so happy to have found them after getting nickel and dimed at another establishment, these guys are heaven sent... they do such a great job even while being so busy all the time, they make the best effort to accommodate. Super place for your buggy.

They patched up a tire leak and I was in and out in 25 minutes, and they didn’t charge me a dime! Nice guys, definitely would use them again!

Had my first oil change today at Monro, the gentlemen who took down my info was pleasant. I had called yesterday and got a price of 39.99 it also advertises that price on the building. My grand total was 103.00, I paid him but was disappointed - I can't stand false advertisement

These guys were good to me before esp Mano but now i never met Patrick and 1st time hes doing work for me bad inpressionI wanted my compressor done for my ac. I mentioned to him about online shop and he said they are good..they use it all time. So i said ok i went on June 23, 2023 so he can get info he needs for compressor. He gave me his cell number.I txt Patrick wjats status coz i havent heard anything. He said his card got hacked has to cancel and reorder with new credit card which he has to get new card. Few weeks went by nothing i txted, it should come next week . Few weeks went by, he got the part ..wrong size!!!!Has to get in junk yard few weeks went by nothing from Patrick. I called shop spoke to Mano, explained to him whats going on coz he doesnt knw whats going on and he said Patrick gor new cell phone. Im like what ?! Without telling me. U could sync all contacts from old to new cell phone. Im thinking how could Mano not know what his boys at the shop is doing ?As a mechanic u shoudl let customer know status i dnt care if ordering part on online shop is side gig , mechanic should inform customer. I understand ok debit or credit card got hacked. Go to nearest bank and they will issue u new card that dayAnyways now its Aug 29, 2023 no compressor.I hope Mano reads this. My friend who suggested him defends him and said maybe hes going thru stuff. Well maybe he needs time off. Maybe he shouldnt be working if he going thru stuff. I dnt knw. But dont take it out on customer.

We had a tear in our tire and got to the shop 30min before their closing. The gentleman refused to open the door and left us stranded with 2 small children.
