Easy in and out. Clean showers. Good place to stop. I've been coming here off and on for year's. Only difference is that there are more food choices and better Hotels. Helpful people and great location.

cashiers at check out take long time to finish a transaction. Often they leave the counter with nobody there to take care of a customer. Tonight, I walked up to the counter, cashier was on her phone, completely ignoring me. Another girl right beside her was pressing the screen of a computer for a long time without taking care of customer. They have zero interest in their job.

2 stars just for friendly stuff ppl. Some of the pumps not working.
15 min parking, 15 min parking , 15 min parking .... How can any driver be able to take a shower or restroom, buy some food or something and enjoy it??? Oo

Sharon is genuinely incompetent. She tries to get me to use the self checkout n I explain that I just tried n I wasnt getting the BOGO deal in the app. She gives me an attitude and tells ne to try this one. I try it again, same problem. Another cashier comes over n tries to help me on another register and has the same problem, so she calls over sharon again after she took 3 minutes trying to adjust prices. Sharon looks at the price and passive aggressivly says “$5.42 sir” n I explain it to her AGAIN that im trying to use my app coupon that I saved to get 1 free and she says that the coupon is applied. Its 2 8.4oz redbulls theyre $3 each not $5, very obviously the coupon wasnt applied. She then says well its giving you a discount already, theres nothing I can do. I ask her if she can just adjust the price, at this point its been 10 mins I just want the offer I was given, shes over here making this a personal battle when it never needed to be that. Honor the promotion, let me pay n lets both go about our lives. Its very cut and dry, dont sit here giving out passive aggressive attitudes ESPECIALLY when I was calm, polite and respectful the WHOLE interaction. Its genuinely ridiculous were both adults arguing over $2.

One of the worst places to park—there's an RV that's been sitting in a spot for months without moving. Fueling here is just as bad; the pumps are incredibly slow compared to places like the TA in Plainville. On top of that, drivers regularly take their breaks right at the fuel island, causing even more delays. I've been coast to coast, and this easily ranks in the top 20 worst stops I've ever experienced.

There’s a little short Hispanic lady with short black curly hair idk if she is a manager or not but she wears a black shirt…. That lady is real disrespectful and really funny acting… super ghetto and just think she’s that… she said something while I was walking past cuz I was starring at her to figure out was she the one and she was . At the end of the day there’s a way to talk to people it doesn’t matter if I was in the wrong spot you should know how to talk to people… really lucky I’m not 21 cuz……and thanks to the security who helped me find a spot

58 prime parking available but I only saw 1 open spot. Dropped trailers and personal vehicles taking up free parking spots. What a joke of a truck stop.

This is a trucker’s truck stop. The staff is very hospitable. The food is usually fresh and seasoned. Additionally, there are local restaurants within walking distance as well.

I always use Pilot, but I definitely won't go back to this one. I filled up and waited for over an hour and a half for a shower. There's simply no place to park the truck and wait, and the employee keeps throwing us out like I'm a dog. I spent almost $700 at this place to get angry, I don't recommend it. I've been there twice before and it's the same thing.

Huge lot for over night semi truck parking and Gulf Beach right around the corner with room for a semi to park. Beautiful and clean nice for the family..
