i had some dents and scratches which I went in to have fixed. Everythinng was fixed ok, however, when I picked up the car it was absolutely filthy inside, there was paint splatter on the windshield and the logo sticker on my lift gate had been scratched off. When I pointed these issues out to Ray, he denied fault and insisted that "his guys" couldn't have left the car in such a condition. I'd taken pictures immediately after picking up my car and had picturea of it before too. He still said "not my problem" and refused to have "his guys" fix what they'd done. They did wipe the inside out but wouldn't fix anything else. He needs to keep a better eye on "his guys." Bad customer service and little accountability.

Rays Auto Body is without question the best I have ever used for automobile body repair. Ray has one overriding principle that he applies to his business; the customer is always number one. That being said once the vehicle is in Ray’s possession he takes care of absolutely every detail; from negotiation with insurance company representatives to making sure that your vehicle is repaired properly. I note in looking at various reviews of other customers that Ray receives 5 stars from all but one customer who rates his business at a 4 star review. For that reason I’m giving Ray an unsolicited review of 6 stars so his average is now 5 stars for over 40 different customer reviews.

Ray and his team took such good care of me after a recent accident. It was minor, but Ray took the time to go through the entire process with insurance, billing every step of the way. Ray was great when my car was in an rear bumper accident. He does right by his customers even if the insurance companies and really appreciated him when it came to figuring out what to do with the auto damage. I brought a peddle car to Rays that's been in my family for 50 yrs . It's going to my granddaughter on her 2nd birthday. I was amazed at the attention Ray gave to my little car. He pulled out color samples . Explained his vision and assured us it would be perfect. Having walked through the shop I saw his crew doing various jobs on several vehicles . And as I passed by each person looked up said hello . It wasn't surprising that character and skill are the Qualities Ray looks for in his employees because Ray leads by example. I know if ever I need a body shop there's only one place to go Rays.

After a rear end bang up, Dan Perkin's Subaru recommended Ray's for repair. Ray was straight forward and very informative. Had I not listened to him about the claim process exactly... the outcome would not have been as smooth. He worked with Dan Perkin's and even did a few other things to brighten up my car. I highly recommend him and would most definitely go back. Thank you so much Ray and team!!!
