Woefully understocked, depressing customer service and to-the-moon prices for generic OTC drugs (private label Benadryl for $20?!).
There’s a reason Rite Aid is sunk. Just go to the Adams next door.

I was recently at the 1387 New Haven Ave Rite aid store in Milford. I would like to apologize to the manager of the store. I was attempting to give a 5 star rating at the cash register and it only took 2 stars and the screen then locked. I am very sorry for the 2 star rating. From the cashiers that greet you when you walk into the store, the ability to help find products. The pharmacy and the staff that is so supportive, and willing to answer questions. I have never had a bad experience and I’m just so sorry that the transaction of 2 stars came out instead of 5. Please accept my apology.

The young man behind the counter was very helpful and I did not feel like I was being rushed or was a burden for asking for help. Very refreshing as compared to other pharmacies in the area.

If I could give zero stars if I could. This pharmacy can't fill scripts if their existence depended on it. I take medications that allow me to be able to function, which is a problem in itself. The sheer incompetence makes this problem exponentially worse. I'm supposed to get a 3 month script on a specific day, and they have dragged it out to once a month, which isn't the order. To add insult to injury, it's like pulling teeth to get them to fill it on said date. They will take this to the extreme and make me wait even longer. My advice to anybody is to just avoid using the pharmacy here. The management for the store is a nice guy, so I feel bad, but I shudder when I think that somebody in a more dire situation than me, who's very life may depend on getting a certain medication. They don't give a s---- if you get your meds or not, you are a number to them. Infuriating.

I called in my meds on Tues THE ROBOT said it would be ready on Thurs. I go in on Fri she said I have to come back in an hour. I don't have time so now I have to go without my meds. You need to get on the ball

I just went to pick up my scripts but only 1 inhaler was ready. Was in a bit of a hurry and asked if I could get the two l ordered. She graciously added the second one with out having to wait an additional 15 minutes. A big shout out to Gina and the entire staff behind the counter. Thank you.

This is possibly the worst and most unhelpful pharmacy I have had the misfortune of using. Despite it being our nearest we will always go elsewhere in future.They clearly have issues in retaining staff and the wait time for prescriptions is exceptionally long.One prescription we gave them two weeks to fill only to turn up and be told it’s not available, and not able to order it!Finally when using GoodRX they will not help you secure the best price at all, unlike other pharmacies, they will 100% expect you to do all the leg work before they help you.Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere and get speedy, genuine service at a fair price.

I like Rite Aid; it's convenient, quick to get to, and quick cashiers! The store is clean and usually organized, the staff is very friendly and there's plenty of parking spots!
