Patsy has been a lifesaver.
We came into the store a little skeptical. Everyone says Sleep Number beds are a game changer, but after spending more than I’d like to admit on mattresses over the last ten years—everything from hybrids to old-school coils to foam—we were hesitant. Every time, we’d bring a new mattress home, feel great at first… then slowly go back to waking up with achy backs and hips. We kept thinking, we're too young to feel this achy!
Then we met Patsy.
She said, “Listen, guys—your body is telling us (with the help of a very cool smart device) that you need a soft bed. Your pressure points will respond better to soft, supportive comfort.” We had always been told we needed firm mattresses, so we weren’t sure—but with the 100-night trial, we decided to take a chance.
Patsy wasn’t just right—she was a game changer.
We’ve slept better than ever, and two years later, we’re still just as happy. In fact, we just bought another Sleep Number bed—same model—for our vacation home.
Patsy has earned our business for life—and now our family’s, too. We love our bed.

Spending time with Alan and Zak at Sleeping Number was so pleasant. Alan explained everything about the beds and answered every question and was so patient while we were trying to make a decision. What a wonderful experience. I am very excited to get my new bed. I highly recommend the Sleep Number store in Milford, Ct. I can assure you, you won’t be disappointed.

Patsy was immensely helpful explaining all features of our mattress, use of the app, financing and rewards. Beyond this, when our mattress wasn’t working, Patsy drove to our home 25 minutes away in holiday weekend traffic to provide personal assistance. This is customer service on steroids!!

I bought my bed from the Sleep Number store on the Boston Post Road, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a genuine desire to help. The standout experience for me was thanks to Patsy, who provided exceptional customer service throughout my visit.
Patsy went above and beyond to ensure that I found the perfect Sleep Number bed for my needs. She took the time to explain the various features and options available, making the selection process easy and enjoyable. But her assistance didn’t stop there! Patsy also helped me choose the right bedsheets to complement my new bed, providing insights on materials and styles that would best suit my preferences.
