Through the Milford animal shelter I was told to bring a beautiful injured stray cat that was abandoned in my neighborhood to Snowflake Pet Center. I have never been there before. I called after trapping the cat and I talked to a women named Cheryl and she was amazing ,kind and compassionate. Cheryl told me what to do as I have never done this before. She was so caring and knowledgeable and understood that this was truly difficult for me. My first impression was I was thankful I had someone who truly loved animals and gave me so much support. Now I wait for the veterinarians to tell me if she/ he will make it and can hopefully be adopted. Thank you Cheryl for showing me that there are good people in this world. I will always remember your kindness. Cathy Abrams

We’ve brought our dogs here several times for boarding and they are amazing! Also very accommodating to last minute reservations which is so helpful. Our dogs come back happy and snowflake has even managed to bathe them there, which is amazing as our little dog is extremely nervous and scared of everyone.

Absolutely insane. I am a dog foster and dog mom and am disgusted with the poor treatment of dogs and other animals at this establishment. Pets should be safe and cared for at veterinary establishments but here that is not the case. if you are looking for a place to bring your fur baby, DO NOT look here. they will be uncared for, injured, dirty and not taken care of. ridiculous, unprofessional, and saddening.

Accountability needs to be taken. How can you leave a dog's open surgical site without a bandage, send her home in feces, and give her an improper fitting cone? AND then deny the situation/try to keep it covered up? Shame.

This business should be shut down after what happened. A Pet center, that is abusing and hurting the pets that are being brought in is just a disgrace for the whole industry. No pet owner should be worried for their pets health AFTER they brought them to a so called specialist. This facility should be closed down immediately.

They are a great team to service your pets. Reasonable prices and they don't charge for extras you don't need.

They do not take care of animals, do not hold themselves accountable for the pain and damage they cause and delete bad reviews. They don't care about the animals in their care, simply about making money off other's suffering.

A great place to go if u want ur animal traumatized and covered in feces. The five star ratings are fakes by different accounts.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. We took our dog Rue here for a tail amputation due to happy tail. My issues were: \n\n1. When they gave her back to us her tail was bleeding all over the floors and walls of the vet. It was not bandaged at all and I had to practically beg the surgeon to wrap the bleeding tail. The receptionist even had to say “they have a long drive home” to convince someone to wrap it. It was crazy to me that they would send her off bleeding and not bandaged. \n\n2. The cone they gave her was WAY to small and did absolutely nothing. She could easily access the wound. We had to go to petco to get our own immediately. \n\n3. She was covered in dog feces. I’m not sure if it was hers or another dogs or how this even happened in the hours that she was there, but she was filthy. \n\nI’ve been in contact with the Manager, Rebecca, as well as the owners Robert & Kathleen. They have taken no accountability. \n\nI would avoid this place at ALL costs.

Great place to board your pet when you go on vacation. Both indoor and outdoor facilities.I like the place, but my cat has learned that when he goes there, he won't see us again for a while, so he may not like it as much as I do.But I'm writing the review. If he disagrees, he can get his own Google account and write his own review.
