Staples in Milford, CT recently started taking Amazon returns and they lost the package I returned. I didn't realize that I didn't get a refund until a week later and went back to the store to find out what happened. The general manager, Kate, printed out a paper for me and told me to call the number on it to contact Amazon. There is a large paragraph at the bottom of the page and after reading it, I found no contact number for Amazon. Staples is not capable of handling the large number of Amazon returns and managers who give out incorrect information shouldn't be managers.

Kate who works at the UPS counter was absolutely horrible!I went in on 11/27 to return a package and from the moment I went in Kate( manager) at the counter was so rude and didn't even attach the return label to my package. I had a feeling I would have an issue and of course I did! My package is apparently lost.. I believe it was a deliberate act on her part. I had to file a claim of course.I went in again yesterday 12/26 and had a pleasant experience with another female who was working there. As I was walking out I saw Kate and she was mimicking me as I exited, rolled her eyes at my children and I. How immature !As a manager she sets a horrible example for the store. I will be calling corporate. I have called and made many complaints against her.If you are miserable don't come to work, Don't work period!I truly do not understand how someone with a attitude like that can ever be a manager. She was lazy, and so arrogant. She is absolutely horrible and many of my neighbors have dealt with her have said the same about their experience there.

Not the greatest location but still better than the last staples I've been to. Looks like the store is a bit cleaner than last time I was in and also stocked up on things.

Chelsey at the printing station was super helpful friendly and amazing!!! She worked fast and accommodated is so that our documents were done perfectly and right on time!!!! This is the only staples we will go to from now on!

Very sad experience. There was no instructions on how to use copying machine, when I needed help I waited 15 min for it. I guess customers are not that important to them....I will purchase my own copier on day and not use Staples anymore.

Went to staples to do a price match on an item we bought less than 4 days ago and an obnoxious cashier started to yell we don't do price match without the item and it was purchased in a different state which was NY. I was very pleased with the other cashier who said let me go check and she did and she state because it was in warehouse no price match could be done. I was very happy with how she handled it and applaud her. That little girl need to learn customer service etiquette.

The printing department at Staples in Milford is fantastic! Prince went above and beyond in helping me with my postcard order that came out not quite as I had imagined. He graciously and quickly fixed everything and his help was much appreciated!

Hit or miss if you’re trying to get something done in the printing section. l have never met an employee here who could be bothered to assist a customer regardless of how polite or rude you are. Wasted time multiple times coming here just to leave empty handed. Just knock the building down and put another Dunkin’ donuts

Even though Staples is a chain retailer, they seem to have a very comprehensive selection of anything and everything you might need in an office. I had been in before to use their print services, purchase office supplies, and look at chair furniture. I was hoping to find a very specific gift to help a friend with the organization of their receipts and bills. Unfortunately, they did not carry anything of gift quality. It was also difficult to find anyone working there to assist us.

The store manager was very rude and unprofessional. Waited 15 min to only hear over the store radio that the manager said to the one employee working that "the customers are just going to have to wait I'm doing things" .. to then be told that they can't assist us with printing one piece of paper and that we would need to place an order and wait an additional day to print one item. She then began to help a customer behind us in line without ensuring we were taken care of first.

In reality staples is lousy I sent files over to go and print them out there system is down this is the second day also I Don't really like there print system you need to use a credit or debit card to make copies you can't use quarters also the women was rude when I asked about there system being down I will find some place else to conduct my business in the future not worth the aggrevation
