I had an issue with my 2025 Ford. Brought it to the service department and they gave me the run around. Saying they don't have a rental for at least a few months. Also asking if I baught the truck there as if it makes a difference. Very Stand off service. Would not recommend to anyone. Take your money to a place that takes pride in quality customer service, not Stevens Ford

I was able to walk in without an appointment and was helped immediately. I arrived around the time they opened. Took about an hour for the oil change and tire rotation and then I was good to go. They recommended a few extra services that I may require next time, but didn't try to add things in for the current visit which I really appreciated. Communicated well via text and I grabbed breakfast and hung out at Wendy's across the street. Couldn't have had a better experience!

He is a very dishonest dealer, they lie to you when you go to buy a car! They promise you things that they don't deliver. I bought my 2024 Mustang, I added the gap engine insurance and they told me that if anything happened to the car they would give me a car to get around and now that the expensive one has a record and is from the factory they say they can't give me a car to get around. This is disrespectful to the people who pay so much money for a car. I don't know if it is discrimination or a lack of word to the deal. It just sucks that they lie and don't deliver! How do I get around now I pay for Uber or What!! 👎

Please be careful when taking your car for service here. Their service department took advantage of my 81 year old elderly Dad; he took his car in to service one item and when his car was returned back to him, my Dad heard knocking. The service department ruined his door, would not take responsibility for the action and this cost my Dad nearly 3k to have his door fixed, They had no remorse, which is sad due to the fact my Dad has been purchasing vehicles for over 20 years at their dealership.

5 STARS, Great place, great people.Recently had some work done there, they completed the work , notified me upon completion. I wasn't going to be able to get my car before they closed. They said. no problem, however I was going to make it , I got there 5 minutes before they closed, they retrieved the key for me. Also, I had some concerns about different issue, they went ahead and looked at my concerns without me even asking, AT NO CHARGE.

I've been dealing with Stevens Ford since we purchased our first Explorer there in 2007. We purchased a second one a few years later to supplant the first one. The service and customer relations at Stevens is A++.
Fords are fabulous! One Explorer has 238K miles, the other 135K miles.
