Your brand has gone down hill because your of many of your owner operators being rude, racists, not accepting the offers you promote nationwide on television, skimpy portions, rotten veggies, just awful, we searched a large radius for one decent subway and couldn't find one within 30 miles in a major city. Don't become Kodak.

So it appears that certain sandwiches like the Baja and the BMT cannot be used with a coupon, which is ridiculous cause we’ve used it before and this is my second time at Church St., Subway Whitinsville ma 136 and this person when I went the last time her and somebody else totally ignored me this one serve me today was one of them and was very disrespectful. I will not be going there again simply because of the fact that if you can’t use a coupon on a BMT or a Baja, then we’ll the use of using coupons at a subway that they’re made for.

Filling a complaint for headquarters. PLEASE reinforce people answering the phones! There is NO cancel button on the website or app. I had a primary subway I went to in Irving tx, 2000 Esters Rd Suite 103, Irving, TX 75061, and I stopped working near by so when I put my Addison location in, recently (January 18th which I worked doubles that day and live in Plano) my app glitched and used the primary location which was the Irving location. May I add, I tried reaching 7-8 different locations to figure out if anyone could tell me how to fix it BECAUSE NO ONE AT IRVING LOCATION ANSWERED. Neither did the other locations!!! I called the Irving location 14 times!!! In one day!!!! Twice the next morning !!! And when I went up there, want to know what the manager told me?! That THERE WASNT JACK CRAP THAT THEY CAN DO because their system can’t void transactions or do refunds unless it’s the same day. I drove an hour there to get told that over the phone. Then drove an hour back to wait 2 more business days because of the holidays. That was my gas money!! I had to use my last 20 at a closer location because i needed to eat due to health issues. Was my only option that day. I have to try to call my bank in order to solve this because your managers for your franchise don’t want to do their jobs on proper training. Or do it themselves!! PLEASE DO BETTER!

The Gaffney South Carolina store has just caused me to decide to never eat subway again.The service was pathetic.The sandwiches we got wasn't made correctly,and we didn't get our chips we ordered,the subs was made in a sloppy manor,we didn't get our chips we ordered,and the ingredients we wanted wasn't included.This isn't the first time it has happened but it will be the last.Most stores give great service,but this is the third time this has happened,so I WILL NEVER EAT SUBWAY EVER AGAIN!

Horrible service. Pennington , Nj store did not accept Subways coupons sent in mail, did not have new items on flier, did not warm bread, ask what you wanted extra, and hardly put in meat or items that went on sandwich on menue board.

What the hell is going on Subway. I have been to nine of your stores in the last 2 days. No flatbread, no eggs, no avocado. And then when I do decide on a different sandwich I asked for extra onions and now I'm being charged extra for that.
Y'all need to get your head out of your ass because truck drivers don't have a big damn choice where we can get something to eat.
At least have your damn menu. How do you have a breakfast menu with no goddamn eggs?.

Went to the subway on university in Winston Salem I had to repeat my order 6 times and she still tried to do it wrong. Then I ask for 2 oatmeal and 2 chocolate chip cookies and she only gave me one. I understand that customer service isn't the best to deal with but when u are making a customer sandwich u NEED TO LISTEN TO THEM

Ate at the Subway in Rawlins, Wyoming. The danger wasn’t from the food, but from a large puddle of water seeping from the drink machine that I slipped and fell from. Soiled rags and the yellow “wet floor” signs surrounded the cabinet the machine sat on, but when I offered to move a rubber mat from in front of the dry counter to the wet spot for them, to avoid anyone else getting hurt, the employee said no and insisted on talking to the owner, he assured me they were aware of the problem, that it had been leaking for two months now, that an older man had slipped in the water prior to my slip. This looks like very negligent management and I’ll be surprised if someone doesn’t get very hurt, resulting in a lawsuit. Normally I’m against lawsuits, but with such an allegedly long time that the problem has spanned, with falls occurring, and the problem well known to responsible parties, without timely attention to a safety matter, I’d conclude that in this case, a court case would be appropriate. Watch your step at this location!

The young lady making my sandwich was new, she asked who I believed to be the manager for help as she made the sandwich, once done the new employee had done her best to provide great service. But after inspecting my sandwich I found the ham wasn’t on it and the bread wasn’t fresh, it was flaky and stale. I returned to the counter to be refined and the believed to be manger gladly funded the cash. My only real problem was the back she didn’t have the Decency to apologize for the inconvenience, I found that to be not only rude, but very bad customer service. The one star that I did give this location Was only for the new employee Provide great customer service, But with a trainer that doesn’t even have the decency to wipe her mouth before coming to the To assist The new employee she gets a zero!

I ordered my lunch on 11/26/2024 I have a short week so leaving the office was not an option, so I order off my app and paid the door dash fees and service fee and tip to get my lunch. When the dasher came in she handed me my bag and I asked where the rest of the order was? She said that is all they gave me. I called the store asking about my diet coke, chips, and cookies. The lady said the dasher left before she could give it all to her. I said okay, how am I going to get the rest of my order, she said I could come get it anytime I want!
I am getting very upset because this lady is offering NO solution to the issue. I told her I paid for door dash for a reason I can’t leave my office. She put the manager on the phone, and she said there is nothing she can do about it right now, she has a full store of people. I told her that’s not my problem and I paid for it to be delivered. She again said there is nothing she can do about it. She said the dasher had an attitude when she picked up the order, I told her that’s not my problem I paid for food and drinks and cookies and only got sandwich and churro. I said you should have made sure the order was a whole and she said the dash ignored her calling out to her that there was more to the order. I am so sorry I find that statement very hard to believe and she should have called the dasher back to get the rest of the order. She then said I had attitude from the start, well I am starving and I want my lunch. To this point I still do not have the rest of my lunch, so I am chocking down a sandwich with nothing to drink because the manager is incompetent in making sure the customer has what they have paid for.
So I am asking you how do I get the rest of my lunch??????????????
