Target is getting worse. No help and not enough self checkouts. What a wasted space to all those registers and no one on them. Target is not customer friendly. Invest in more Scan and go options to get customers in and out quicker. You going to lose customers if they have to wait in long lines just to buy stuff. You're going to close down if you don't please the customer.

I usually love target, but this store has been going downhill for approximately a year. Today was the final straw. I bought groceries frozen foods, glass bottles, check myself out because there's no one at the register as usual. I find out there are no bags, I looked everywhere could not find a bag. I went to the service desk asked if they had bags she said nope no bags today. Find another guy who looks sort of like a manager ask him about bags again no we don't have any bags as if that is normal, and he gives me attitude. I've never been to a store that doesn't have bags or at least an option to purchase. He told me nope they just don't have them, and they might be changing the way they handle bags. I would give zero stars if I could, but it didn't allow me to. I will never step foot in that store again.

18 Registers and all of them are closed. 4 self checkouts and a line back to the pharmacy. One employee standing playing on their phone. Service is actually better at Walmart and that place is Hell on Earth. Needless to say I left my cart and walked out. Understaffed, underpaid, over expensive but at least the CEO enjoyed a $77 million "bonus" in 2021. Fuck corporate greed

If I could give 0 stars I would. My nephew put in an application for a job here, as an ex employee of Target I thought it'd be a good beginner job for him. We tried calling to speak with a manager or HR to check the status of his app. We called 10 times and each time the phone just rang until it finally hung up on us. Told him to put in an app elsewhere, why work for a job you can't you even get in touch with. Customer service is non existent at this location. Very disappointed.

I never leave reviews but I am very upset with the customer service. If your going to have the formula locked up make sure to have someone to access close by! There's no reason for me to have to be waiting 25 mins for someone to open the case and not leave with what I came for which is formula. It's ridiculous make more keys or unlock the damn formula.

This is the grossest Target I have ever been in. I'm normally a big fan, but I walked out without buying a thing. I had picked up four separate items (none which had a price on the shelf), tried to scan them, and the scanner couldn't read two of the clear, crisp barcodes. I'll let the clothing department speak for itself in my photo. Who wants to be bothered digging through piles of items to find a size?

I am a lover of all things Target but Tonight (March 24 ) a store employee "Janae walks up to me and said " can't you tell the store is closed?" In a condescending voice. However, I replied in a calm yet collected voice that "well there are usually like a closing announcement like every 10 min. The women at customer service was polite but Janae always seems to have a problem. There have been a few times when I was in an aisle looking for a specific hair product and this employee Janae walked through with another Employee said loud "so you don't understand English?"

Terrible customer service. Waited 35 minutes with an infant to have a manger unlock a case bc there was no employee on shift in the department. Not sure they deserve $15 an hour!

I usually don't write reviews but this time, I feel you need to be warned. I usually shop at this target and when I had issues and went to customer service, they were pleasant or extremely helpful. Most of the employees I interacted with have been pleasant or great. However, this time, I had someone who should not be doing customer service or interacting with customers. I had an issue with a price and when I was about to ask a question about it, she raised her finger and said "don't start. I'm looking into it." with a patronizing attitude. I'm usually a calm and quiet person who doesn't like to make a scene and try to empathize with others. I was shocked by her reaction towards me, I didn't know how to respond. She continued to give me an attitude, as if I was being a real nuisance. I could've empathized with her attitude and grumpiness if it was later on in the day and there were a lot of customers complaining but it was early and hardly anyone there. So it felt personal and incredibly rude. I wish I could remember her name or I'd warn you not to go to her for help.

I honestly did not even know that there was a target in this mall. I went here today with my daughter looking for jeans. She bought two pairs and she was very happy actually with the price. We looked around and checked out the other sections of the store. I liked it

if Ana really is a manager like she says she is she needs to be in the very least demoted if not fired the way she talks to customers is horrific. and if other people below her see the way she talks to people they're going to think it's okay to speak that way to. since they had absolutely no people actually ringing at the registers I had to use the self-checkout I scanned the cartwheel and the offers from what I could tell didn't come off. so I stood around for a while wondering where people wear that worked at the store they don't even have a little flashy light from what I could tell that the self-checkouts do be able to call somebody over if there is a way to call people they should have it very clearly posted. I called over to customer service and asked if anyone was around to help she said someone would be over and then Ana came over. I said to Anna I scan my cartwheel I don't know if the offers came off I was wondering if you could check she punches in her number and her password she brings up this thing she looks at it she closes at and doesn't say a word and I say did it come off because I'm sorry I'm not a cashier I don't know how your system works when you brought up a screen that you didn't say anything about. she then goes and scans the products that I'm talking about and says that they're not part of the offer. I said yes it is and she says it's for Pampers I said they are for Pampers and she says oh they changed the box first of all it was the Pampers pure which those have been on the market for about 10 months now. And they haven't changed the box since they've been on market. so then she goes and says they aren't part of the offer and I said really we're on this does it say the exclusions and so then she goes to scan them and she says they don't come up and I said well I scanned them and they were added to my wallet which is the only way that I knew that they were there. she says well I don't control cartwheel they're not part of the offer and I said I don't see where it says the exclusions please show me. so she's looking at it and she really doesn't have anything that she could say because it just shows Pampers and then it just shows the sizes which both my items were both Pampers when was wife's one was diapers and they are both within the size requirements so then she says it's only for size 4 and I said really where does it say it's just for size 4 and she shows me the picture it is a picture of a box of Pampers that has the size for on it I'm sorry any other time I've used cartwheel it did not have pictures of every single size and I was you able to use the coupon no matter what the size of the box in the photo said. She then goes on to say you have to scan the item to see if it is part of the offer I said yeah I scanned each of my items as I put them in the car which is the only way that those coupons popped up into my cartwheel. she said I'll give you the $2 off it's no big thing with major attitude and I said you know what I'm not buying these products here so just take them off and I will go elsewhere because that is the worst customer service I have had at Target and I've had a lot of bad customer service at Target. Unfortunately I do need to buy things for work there so I will continue to do that but as far as any personal items that I need to get I will buy elsewhere. Sorry for any errors due to talk to text.

Love me some Target. I really do. Can't say I won't shop this one again but I will surely take my time before returning. Here I am in the clearance section searching for something cute and cheap. I spot a shirt that I elect to try on in front of the mirror. I take my coat and scarf off and start to model the shirt in the mirror to check it out. Then here go some homely lookin b**** who inconspicuously but not so inconspicuous enough starts hanging clothes up in front of the area of my things and blocks the mirror. I don't care if you said sorry. You wasn't there the moment I started shopping but just had to do your "stocking" after I got there. And bc they sent your black a** it's supposed to make me "trust" you more. Listen I've work in sales and I know the deal and how ppl of color like me can I guess put their coat back on and leave without paying. Do me a favor and just be careful sweets. I know you got a job to do but annoying a customer is gonna make y'all lose em. Only reason I'll return eventually is bc my homegirl works there and I will surely give her the heads up aboutcha. Thx but no thx-keep your deals.

Disgusting! This store has women's bathrooms in shambles with p*** clogging toilets. Toilet paper everywhere and no soap whatsoever to wash your hands. You guys serve food here. Get with it!

Always a disaster. Shelves are a mess and items all over the floor. While I was in the shoe section (see photo) there were shoes all over the floor and unorganized on shelves. Most of the ones actually on the shelf were not in the right boxes if I'm a box at all. I saw multiple staff walk by the area, look at the mess and just keep walking. The baby and children's clothing section were similar with items all over the floor and unorganized. The store is always a mess!
