Going to the edge gyms for over 33 years, started in Fairfield, Connecticut. I was first thousand members when they open up the gym. Been there ever since. Clean great environment. Great staff.

The Milford Club is the best out of all other locations I've ever been to. The staff are always courteous, professional, and helpful! I chose to renew my contract here, despite my homeclub not being here, because they are honest, and will never overcharge like another place. The manager here does a wonderful job, hence a positive vibe, all the employee are nice and caring. I don’t want good work go unnoticed hence the review here, thank you!

Poorly managed branch compared to the other Edge fitness clubs. Staff is rude and never prompt with fixing broken equipment. The lighting needs to be fixed since it’s a very dull atmosphere.

I really enjoy the Yoga classes by Clara at the Edge (Milford and Orange), they very engaging and spiritual. The music and teaching approach is very unique.Great way to reconnect and relax, then do a workout.

I love Clara’s energy. Its so upbeat and really makes you want to do 100% in the session. I personally love the way she understands everybody is at a different level and encourages you to do your best. She is a great yogi and I highly recommend her.Clara Julia Barre class in Milford is also amazing .. it’s a high intensity workout ?️♀️ with beautiful ballet and jazz movements . We dance and have so much fun!

Clara Julia is my FAVORITE Barre teacher. If you live in Milford taking a barre class with Clara Julia is an absolute must. Whether you are just starting out at the barre or advanced, Clara’s class covers it all, not to mention she has an amazing personality and has so much energy. If you love to dance and want to feel like a true dancer this is your place . She has an amazing beautiful way to motivate the class and her ballet and jazz movements are so beautiful !

I enjoy Barre intensity with Clara Julia at the Milford Edge fitness clubs I got hooked on it soon after I started. Every class has been fun and challenging in some way. It’s a blend of ballet and jazz movements and it feels like I’m dancing and expressing myself each time .Clara Julia is amazing !

If you haven’t been to a barre class, you’re in for a treat. Instructor Clara Julia at the Milford Edge location is absolutely the Best !You’ll get to experience the fun, upbeat music ,Jazz and Ballet movements and the balance and strength of Pilates and yoga. You get to dance for an hour and it makes you feel like true dancer . You must try Clara’s Julia Barre class.

Not close to my house and it’s a bit small, but I don’t care. Went during busy hours and I still didn’t have to wait for any equipment. Everybody there is respectful and the employees even said “Hi” and “goodbye” to me. Not filled with teenage kids just looking to be seen, but it is filled with people looking to work hard and get gains. Nobody sitting around on equipment spending more time on their phone than lifting either. This place must have a great manager! I’ll gladly sit in a little traffic to be able to have an amazing workout and pump without any anxiety over getting the equipment I need to finish my workout. Thank you!

You should give Alexia and Matt (the guy that looks like Link from Legend of Zelda when he walks around carrying the Olympic bar vertically) a raise. Just trust me on this one. Also the shakes tasted A LOT better when they were made with APPLE JUICE. All I have to say. Take care
