So many problems.
The website's equipment selector, based on vehicle model, advised to use super high feet for rain gutter rail attachment, but low and high feet also work, and are better for me in my case, but who knew.
I raised an inquiry to customer support and recieved an automatic reply back but no other response in over a week, so I decided to return the products. Their stated ETA to respond is 24-48 hours.
Then, trying to remove one of the feet, the knob screw was just spinning, and the foot clamp was not loosening. There is a way to loosen with the right size socket and socket wrench, but they are not included in the box.
Trying to remove the stuck rack foot cracked the rain gutter rail on my jeep. Now I have to have it repaired.
Finally when requesting a return they only provided one return label but fedex requires a return label for each box. So has taken a long time waiting at FedEx for a 2nd return label to be emailed to me.
+ one star for made in USA. Hope they get their act together.
