I recently was about to depart back home from our trip but realized I had a large screw in the back of my tire. I had to get it figured out so I went to Town Fair, I met Marlon there and he took a look and saw the tire needed to be changed out. He suggested to swap with my spare tire (I had a warranty on new tires with other company) so it was the best decision with my best interest in mind. It was very busy there but Marlon was able to sneak me in asap knowing I was from out of state and in a bind, it took them only 20 minutes to swap. I am thankful for Marlon and his customer service and care. I can trust Town Fair tire for all my tire needs in the future when and if I have a sudden tire issue when visiting family in CT. Marlon, God bless you brother, thank you again for your help ?

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST SERVICE EVER!! I stopped in to Town Fair Tire to have my tires checked. My car has had a slight shake for awhile but no one could figure it out (3 different mechanics). I detailed the symptoms, Joe D inspected the tires, and within a minute he identified the problem. Joe D then explained various options (brands & types) for new tires. He was patient, friendly, and professional throughout our encounter. Once, I decided on the tires I wanted, Joe D realized that there were only 2 tires in-house and the other 2 had to be shipped from another store. Joe D asked if he could call me the following morning, to confirm the location of the tires (he did not want me to wait while he researched the location of the tires). I absolutely appreciated his thoughtfulness as I had my child with me at the time. Joe D called me the very next day, keeping his word, and confirmed that all tires would be in-house within a few days. I was so impressed with Joe D's above and beyond service that I opened a Town Fair Tire account. Joe D has made me a repeat customer. Thank you, Joe D for your fanomanal service!!!

Joe was phenomenal with his customer service. i was there a few days ago to get a tire replaced due to a blowout. Throughout the process he kept me informed and feeling confident that his team can get the job done timely and correctly. This definitely a location i will return to when its time for some new tires.

I went to Town Fair tire Milford a few weeks ago. I needed to have my tires rotated which I bought there, Shawn, one of the salesman took care of me. I must say that Shawn is exceptional. He treated me as if I was family! This Town Fair tire for sure is a 5 star rating. Thank you Shaun, Lou

Joe D did an excellent job hooking me up with two new tires due to a nail in one that couldn't be patched. I drove in without an appointment and he was able to get it done within a reasonable time frame. Highly recommend!!

Walked in with a flat tire at a tire shop and the guy said he couldn't help me. What's worse service than that? I walked into a tire specific shop and the guy at the front door had more excuses than a door to door sales man fighting for his first meal in days. Don't go here.

Brought the car in to get the tires changed as they were bald. My boyfriend and i chose the cheapest tires online when we made our appointment but when we arrived, Joe got us better tires and stayed within our price range! Now we have brand new tires and they’re better for the weather! Joe also made sure our alignment got fixed up good for us.We spent less than $1k and got a great deal! It also only took 45 minutes! Thank you so much Joe!! We 100% recommend you go to him!

I will start by saying I never write bad reviews. Also, I have used this place for all my tire needs in the past. However I will never use them again. For the 5th time in a row I have gone in with a relatively new tire with lots of tread and a slow leak and all five times instead of plugging the tire they say the "nail was on the seam" and that I need a new tire. Well not only that, but as I was sitting in the waiting area, I saw the TV monitor and the technician had the wrong tire off the car. I went straight back to the area and he said "well, I'll check that tire too". Shocker, I now had two tires that needed to be replaced. Total joke. When I asked what was the cause of the leaks, the guy told me there was a nail in one tire and tar on another tire. How the hell does tar cause a leak? Was the tar on the seem, too? If I could rate them negative stars, I would. This place is the most unethical place you can ever do business with. Drive down the street to Firestone or Costco if you need tires. This place is a joke.

Had a great experience here getting a replacement set of tires for my truck. Had looked up a brand online I had in mind but when I arrived, Marlon presented a better alternative that met my needs. When I returned for my appointment, Joe made sure everything went smoothly and I'm happy with this new set of tires which are quieter then the originals with better tread.
