“I see the mixed reviews, but I've used this company twice now and no issues either time. Yesterday we rented a 22 foot UHAUL for 8 hours, drove 80 miles, got the insurance and the total cost was $150 + the gas I put into it. Compared to some other quotes, not bad at all. Not the greatest, most-excited customer service in the store but that's fine by me - simple to reserve online and pickup/drop-off with the emailed e-receipt was fine. Would happily use them again.”
“This company seems to really be going down hill...but Laura Paige, the office manager at this location turned my nightmare into a good impression. I initially had made a reservation 2 months in advance to her picked up in Bridgeport. On the morning of my res. I showed up and they said "we don't have your truck". Long story short....I had made new arrangements to pick up the following morning and was dreading the results. Laura was beyond friendly, restored my confidence and even made sure I received the better truck in the lot. She is a sweetheart and I highly recommend making the trek to Milford even if seemingly inconvenient.”
