Ever since Amazon has no longer required customers to pack and label their returns, staff at this location has been stealing items. This is the third time in six months that an item has been stolen (dress, laptop cover, and leggings). Even when I put the returns in a taped box, items have still gone missing. The staff isn't very vocal or friendly. The store is too small to accommodate more than five customers. I would recommend doing Amazon returns at Staples instead (1371 Boston Post Rd, Milford CT).

The worst customer ever. They wanted to charge me $1.99 for a PIECE OF TAPE to shut the box that they are authorized to ship back to Amazon. I will never use this horrible store again. Pathetic

I asked to have a label printed and the charge was $4.50. Since I had to pay $15.00 shipping anyway, I said no I’ll print it someplace else. I went back with a printed label and they said the font was too big (but all the bar codes were on the copy). They couldn’t accept it and offered to print it for $4.50. Again no! What a gouge. This owner LOVES to rip people off.I drove to another store and they scanned my label NO PROBLEM. People, use a trusting store. Not this place.

For the people working this store please check your attitude at the door, if you hate your job don’t work there! People need to use UPS for important things and they don’t need your jaded attitudes. Grow up and learn customer service skills. Be kind!

Quick service. Also has a notary. Very responsive and efficient. Worth the money for getting all your packaging services and notary services done in a timely fashion.

Called and asked about notarization and the clerk hung up. I called back and he said - I’m busy. Just needed to answer with one word - Yes or No. Read the many negative reviews. Avoid this place.

Charged me $4 to print a single sheet of paper for a free UPS Amazon return. $0.29 to print the page (fair) and a $3.49 print charge. Rude when asked about it. Any place I’ve been would have printed the label for $0.29 or free.This charge take advantage of customers and was rudely handled by the staff who took no responsibility for the policies.Rip off artists.

Horrible. I called to inquire as to why the package I dropped off on 11/2 has not been sent out as of 11/10 and the clerk was argumentative instead of offering to assist with the problem. Try another location because this one (Cherry St, Milford, CT) is just plain terrible.

Would never go to this UPS store. Owner and staff are rude. Never go for a print to this store they will charge you lot more. Would not even give a single star.
