Everytime you go to this place at 3pm (end of their lunch break) they are still not open and have people waiting 30 mins plus just for them to open up again if you post hours of operation make sure you actually operate at those hours people have places to be and things to do it’s very unprofessional and constantly accruing issue at this place arrive accordingly so you don’t have to wait around 30-40 mins

Personally the gentleman who is in the post office is very nice, never had an issue with him. It is the usps service that I have a problem with. I recently sent a package on DEC 6 two day priority, no issues.Dec 18 I send another package two day priority again to the same person as on DEC 6, as of this morning tracking tells me it is sitting stamford ct. Five days from Milford ct, and it is only in Stamford CT this morning. I was guaranteed it would arrive on Saturday the 21st at the home I sent it to in NY state. To say I am beyond angry is an understatement and it is the last time I will use the postal service for sending packages.

I went there today for the first time and Harold was the one who took care of me and was rude I have hand tremors because I’m disabled and my hand writing is alittle bad but he said to me my hand writing could be neater with out even knowing me I told him that was wrong of him and I was going to take my box and go and the sticker was on the box with the address and he could have took it from that if you don’t like your job don’t work there but i did put a complaint in

I walked at 1:24 pm and was told they were closed and to come back at 3 pm. I told him I only wanted stamps and he said again come back at 3. Totally ridiculous for someone to have lunch for an hour and a half and to say they were closed when I still had 6 minutes to go. Merry Christmas!

Being rude and having an attitude has to be a requirement for this specific location. Any interaction I’ve had with anyone working here has been terrible. Also if this is a one person location then PUT THAT ONLINE. So I won’t have your rude worker tell me oh you have too many items for my line, next time I’ll have to say no. Maybe instead you should take advantage of the extra work and hire someone for the other kiosk RIGHT NEXT TO THE OTHER ONE????

Convenient to drop off packages as it's easy to park and walk right in at this location. Be mindful of the hours as they do close for lunch.

i always try to be super nice and upbeat to the lady in here because it seems like she doesn’t really enjoy the place much, but we all have our days. i would love to add a lil pep to this place. lastly, the hours here are awful and not really functional.

This place is horrible!!! It’s supposed to open back up at 3pm and nobody opens the door. I could hear them play lottery numbers inside while there was a huge line outside. It is almost 3:30 and I am still waiting. Completely unprofessional!
