They only sell phones here, like any other phone selling store. They dont carry sim cards, cant even troubleshoot anything. I got sim card delievered from Verizon, they couldn't even help me go back on network.
I have come to this store 3 times, absolutely useless for any troubleshooting! I think Verizon in general is useless network. I dont know why they even have the store open.

Reps at this location are very dishonest and it is very disheartening as a 7+ loyal member with this service carrier. Last month my dad and I presented to this location to upgrade my phone. After talking with the rep Luis, we were convinced to upgrade two phones and add two lines to get the current promotion. We were under impression that our plan would stay the same and bill would increase by a few dollars. Soon after, we discovered we were completely lied to. Our plan had been changed unbeknownst to us, which resulted in the loss of many valuable services and perks. It took over a month with on and off long hour calls with service reps, to finally get to the source of the problem: we were swindled by Luis. My guess is so that he could get a great commission. Although I’m grateful that one rep took the time to finally rectify the issue, I am extremely disappointed with what we have experienced. Verizon you should not allow cons to work in sales with customers who spend their hard earned money! Please beware!

Rude and dishonest customer service. Go to the other Verizon store down the road for much better service and friendly staff.

Very very bad and unhelpful customer service, I recommend going with a different branch that actually are there to help their customers instead of baiting them into something else. Disappointed.

Watch out for Kevin at this location. Went in for a new phone and he stuffed a new line we did not ask for, device protection, Verizon cloud on all phone so he would get more commission. It was very shady and made the bill go way up. Again, he said nothing about all of this and we found out later when we reviewed the email.

My wife and I who are older senior citizens were having issues with our telephone and we’re looking to buy a new one because the phone would not stop. When we walked in, we were greeted by smile and the representatives name was Luis. He sat with us for over an hour to troubleshoot and fix the phone and also to find us the best phone for our financial needs. It was one of the most easiest process that I have gone through and I will absolutely be back to this young man anytime I need anything done. Kudos on the back for doing a well job and actually caring about people and it not being a job for him.

This Review is WAY Overdue! In Dec. 2023,I brought My Disabled Sister who is a US Navy Vet. to this Store because of a problem with Her Phone.
The Manager referred Us to Tamara. She worked Diligently for at least 35 Mins Troubleshooting My Sister's Phone.After about 10 Mins. My Sister told Her It's Okay, She'll just buy another Phone, but Tamara would Not give Up!!.
She had an Extremely Positive attitude!
The last Step She tried, cleared out My Sister's Phone and got it Running like New.
She was Extremely Kind and Represents Your Company Very Well.!
It's not just a Job to Her, She really cares about Helping others.

Manager lied to me about the increase in bill and deactivated my other phone even though he said it was only 10$ more to add another line stay away from the manager he is a pathological liar

Manager Tai Lebron in Milford, CT is the best! I had issues completing a port in from another carrier, was getting nowhere with anyone until she stepped in and saved the day. Tai was more than patient and understanding of my frustration, I really appreciate you Tai! Your listening AND willingness to assist goes a long way!!! ?
