Walgreens refuses to hire more pharmacists, and in doing so drastically slows down the service needed for required prescriptions. Waiting 45+ minutes in a drive thru alone

Horrible customer service. Pharmacy is so slow. As a provider, I sat on hold for a total of 2 hours. My clients deserve better service.

Edit that now they close at 6pm. There are no notifications of these changes to their customers. I have started to contact my drs to have prescriptions moved to a more reliable drugstore. It's the end of the Walgreens era apparently.

I'm very displeased with how the hours of the pharmacy are, as well as their task at hand to refill prescriptions. I called today to see if my script was in ( went there yesterday to pick it up, after the text saying it was ready, only to find out they did not have it in stock ), to find out that they were closed again in the afternoon? There's only certain times I can pick them up. Why is that " I " have to contact MY Dr and get them to send it somewhere else because they can't have my prescription in stock or aren't open? And I can't even go and get it, if it's there, because they're closed?? Every month I get the same medications. So is my fault that they didn't call it in to get more from the distributor?! This is ridiculous. The staff is very friendly and help you out, when they are there. The long lines could be cut down if they weren't laughing and talking so much to each other. With this, I will only give 2 stars. Sorry, but not sorry.

Horrible experience with Covid drive thru testing. They lost my Covid test result even though I was in the same car as my husband and got tested at the exact same time (he got his results in an hour). After calling for two days, the manager was unable to provide any answers, and even told me he "didn't have an answer for me," kept putting me on hold and giving me different phone numbers to call to try and obtain my results myself. Zero empathy or accountability. Avoid for Covid testing and from the looks of the reviews, just find a new pharmacy altogether.

First time in this Walgreens. I went in for a covid vaccine on Friday morning. This was a lot for the staff to handle, people coming every 15 minutes. Paperwork to check and correct, after shot monitoring etc.. The staff was wounderful. Helpful, friendly and doing their best to keep things on time. The pharmacist, Eleana, who was giving shots and overseeing the whole thing was friendly and efficient, a truly sweet person. Great experience at Walgreens. Thank you for providing this so important service.
