I visited Walgreens photo department to make a poster and was assisted by the store's manager who was helpful in guiding me through their system. I later was contacted by Lisa, a store employee, to tell me that they were out of poster paper and were working on getting it soon. To my surprise, they got the paper within a day and finished the poster which turned out great. I appreciated how accommodating and pleasant both Lisa and the manager, Abraham were to me.

PT2 He then goes on to say (after all these bullshit ass questions), “I will call you later today in a few hours i still have other people to interview.” Which to then i replied okay and he didn’t ask me if i had any questions for him about the job, he barley explained the duties of the job, as well as never mentioned pay, pto, and things of that nature. (again very unprofessional). He mentioned that the phone number i had on my resume wasn’t open and i gave him another phone number he could reach me by. I stand up and i have to be the one to shake his hand goodbye. I never got a phone call from him that day and days later i see he emailed me saying to call his number so we can conduct a second interview. Again, it was never mentioned a second interview was even needed. I called the number and i get put on hold. He answers the phone with a big sigh and says hello. I explain to him i’m returning his call that i missed but that i had seen his email and i’m interested in coming for a second interview. He puts me on hold and comes back minutes later and asks to confirm the phone number i gave him. i confirm it and he asks why a man answered the phone. As me and my boyfriend share the same house number (the number i provided), Thrown off i responded my boyfriend probably had answered the phone. He continues to press the issue and i interrupt and ask what that has anything to do with ME and this JOB INTERVIEW. I mean he’s asking me questions that have NOTHING to do with walgreens or the job description. At this point he just doesn’t say anything for about 10-20 seconds and i hand up the phone and minutes later i receive an automated email from walgreens saying they are not selecting me for this job. Adding on to everything i have stated he also asked me about my living situation and why my address on my resume is a different town then where i had said i lived. I moved but again, there is no reason he should be asking me these questions in the first place. Going back to the interview questions he had asked me “why walgreens” To which i replied “I love shopping at walgreens and i love busy work environments where i can keep busy and bring the best customer service to fuffil the customer needs.” He replies, “that’s not the answer we’re looking for, we want someone to say I LOVE WALGREENS” Okay so my honest answer wasn’t the answer you’re looking for you should’ve ended the interview right then and there. Anyways, this was the worst experience i’ve ever had Abraham is weird and gives me bad vibes, would never step into this store again. God Bless

I had one of the most unprofessional, unorganized, and honestly uncomfortable interviews i’ve ever experienced with the store manager abraham. It all started with him bringing me into the back office to move forward with the interview, for some odd reason another employee was there just aimlessly listening to my interview, not only did he not even introduce himself or the other person but didn’t shake my hand or anything of the sort. The interview continued and as i’m answering the questions Abraham is asking (reading word per word questions off his computer over 10 questions asked mostly repeated in different words) the other employee in the room starts laughing at my answers. Not only is that disrespectful to the interviewee but just plain out wrong. This person had nothing to do with the interview and frankly i don’t know why she was there. Moving forward, Abraham questioned me on a lot of my answers as if he didn’t believe my word.. For example i had mentioned i had previous experience bartending, serving, and being a hostess. He then said “Don’t you have to be 21 to be a bartender” I said “No you have to be 18 to serve alcohol legally.” This is very offensive as i have been in the restaurant industry for over 5+ years and i have never had someone question my abilities or my age to preform a job or my duties. Moving along, he asked me when my availability was an i mentioned i was able to work full hours and i was free to start whenever possible. He then questioned my answer by saying “didn’t you say you go to school” Not that he needs to know any of this information about my personal life but i replied, “i only go to school part time to finish my prerequisites.” Again, he is no place to question my availability, if i explained to him what my hours were there is no reason he should feel the need to question it, as if he suspected i wasn’t telling the truth or something. This review is for Mark in the pharmacy department. I am from out of state and needed a refill for an asthma inhaler. I originally went to the other store in Milford the day before. Did not tell me it was out of stock and would not get til Monday. Went to this store and Mark made sure I had it before 6 pm on Friday

Should take lessons from CVS. Walgreens gets nothing right.

Walgreens refuses to hire more pharmacists, and in doing so drastically slows down the service needed for required prescriptions. Waiting 45+ minutes in a drive thru alone

A+++ service today. A gentleman helped my insurance go through for my RX. It took awhile but he prevailed!! Excellent! Then went to pick up 2 RX's Lena couldn't find one bur kept looking until it was found even though she had to practically look through all of them! What perseverance!! Great experiences at this Walgreens always. They do it right at the pharmacy!!

Horrible customer service. Pharmacy is so slow. As a provider, I sat on hold for a total of 2 hours. My clients deserve better service.

Hello strangers;Feeling under the weather & trying to beat the illness before it takes over, I found Walgreens to be the only drug store to be opened on Christmas Day. I was very thankful and so excited that I left my wallet at the hotel and didn't realize it until I had to checkout. It was too much to have to drive back to the hotel, retrieve it, and then come back. I informed the cashier, a sweet girl wearing a hijab, her name Emond (I apologize if I have butchered it). She waited patiently while I downloaded Samsung pay onto my phone, load my debit card number in (by memory), and figure out the NFC feature. She could have been a complete j**** she could of told me to come back but she went above and beyond and delivered amazing customer service! Raise anybody? She needs one! Thank you so much Emond for your kindness & your patience. You rock!Love,Ruthie
