So I have to say I had A TERRIBLE experience with the Zales online store BUT the customer service I received in store from the staff was phenomenal. The new manager Sena in the Milford location was so helpful! She went above and beyond to ensure that our problem was resolved!

Love this store. I have been coming here for years! I was in recently and was distraught to find that The manager, Amin’a, was no longer there! She helped my fiance and me pick our engagement and wedding rings, and she always kept me posted on jewelry shows and sales. Really sad news :(. Does anyone know if she's at another store?

Sena is the BEST! She was so passionate and positive and made my experience buying a matching bracelet with my college best friend the best it could’ve been. Gave us great advice and ideas and we were SO happy to have worked with her- she really took care of us. What a ray of sunshine! The new associate (didn’t catch his name) was extremely kind and personable as well! Overall 10/10 experience!
