They closed the store prior to the time posted on their web page. The guy with the dreadlocks/ African American is unprofessional. I called him 15 min prior to arriving. He laughed when I told him I drove an hour to his location. I would rate the store a 0 but I can’t. It was 6:35pm when I arrive to the front of the store and they had their gates down. Giving me the impression that because I called he closed it 20 min in advance. Since it was a pick up and he would not be making commissions.

Avoid Zales at all cost. They'll s***** you in and be sweet as pie to get you to make a purchase but when it comes to service after that forget it. Especially the one in the Milford Mall. Associates are very rude and not willing to help. I bought my rings there 11 years ago. I have a warranty on my rings and brought them in for service and was told they no longer had my information and there was nothing they could do. (mind you my rings have been serviced there since the dayI purchased them) I spent 45 minutes on the phone with Zales customer service and after 45 minutes they were able to pull up on my warranty information. (the store wouldn't help me, I had to do it myself as it is my fault they lost all my information) To make a long story short my ring was sent off for repair, I was told by 2 milford associates it was covered under warranty, after making at least 5 different phone calls to Zales customer service I was also told it was covered. A week later I get a call from the manager stating I will need to pay almost $800 for my ring to be repaired. The manager Amina, was so rude and did not like that I was challenging him in regards to my warranty, so he decided he did not want to deal with me anymore and is having my ring sent to another store which is a total inconvenience and was not authorized. His exact words "to protect the customer experience". But I am the customer and he made my experience horrible. I have left a voicemail with a manager from Zales corporate and am waiting for a call back from a Michela, a general manager. So far nothing, my issue has not been resolved, and my very expensive wedding band and engagement ring are being sent somewhere that I did not authorize. So like I said stay away from Milford Zales specifically, although their customer service is just as useless.

Words cannot express how much it has meant to work with Xiomara over the past couple of months. I ordered my partner and I matching marquis cut diamond ring wedding band sets online and had them shipped to the Milford location. She got yellow gold and I got rose gold for myself. Xiomara along with her colleagues were pleasant, kind, affirming, patient, thorough and calming. She cued into how nervous I was and absolutely eased my nerves. The most nourishing part of my second visit was offering her a hug because words simply could not express my gratitude. My third visit was amazing as well because I was able to bring my partner in to have her ring resized. Again, Xiomara was kind and affirming. She had not known that my partner and I were discriminated against by the original establishment that I was to do my proposal at. So it felt lovely to have her and the associates support. We picked up my partner's ring this evening and I was touched by the associates tears. Thank you Zales!!!

I had the absolute best experience with Amina in the Milford store. She was so kind and went above and beyond to help me. I have never received such amazing customer service from anyone before. If you are shopping for jewelry I highly recommend going to Zales in Milford. You will receive excellent customer service and I am sure you will find what you are looking for. They have a customer for life and it is all Thanks to Amina and her beautiful personality and excellent service. She went out of her way to help me and it is truly appreciated.
