“Took my new Hyundai Elantra in after I completely demolished the front bumper—Ray’s team had me back on the road in no time. They installed and painted a brand-new bumper that looks factory-perfect. The work is top-notch, the price was fair and upfront (no surprises), and communication was excellent every step of the way. Super easy to deal with, honest, and genuinely nice people.
Bonus: they detailed the interior while they were at it—car came back cleaner than when I bought it!

“I knew at some point that my bumper fillers on my 1987 Buick Grand National with 48k miles would need to be replaced and finished to match the high-quality paint that was already on the car, common. My search started from asking people that had cars, that have already replaced them, but most of these places were far. My next search was local, paired by a determination to find the shop that can perform quality work and that has a high Google ranking and many. Customer feedback for me has been a huge step in both looking at places whether it’s to eat, view menus or to find a place that people are happy with and then you can ultimately go to and trust to have worked done properly, no time to try and find a place, I wanted to know. My first experience was when I called, someone picked up the phone. I spoke with the owner John, gave me a great price on my project and brought them down the same day. A couple days later to my surprise, I get a phone call that they’re done. Me being super picky as I am, looked great, there was one dust mark that I really wasn’t crazy about, wet sand, buff out no problem. I spoke with Luca and he wasn’t sure how that got missed, but assured me that it would get addressed right away and corrected properly, that it would be mint. Well, I picked up my parts the other day, the family, shop is absolutely fantastic. My GN bumper fillers came out great, now I have to just put them on my ride and put it up for sale as intended. My experience with this facility has been absolutely stellar, just talking with the father and son duo was easy, quick and their end goal was your ultimate satisfaction, the attitude says it all. While I’m there, I noticed a fleet of Amazon trucks, I was curious for I asked what’s the deal with them, he quickly explained. I also noticed a sign inside the facility that states they are an authorized Rivian repair center for electric vehicles. I would presume that since they are authorized to work on Rivian vehicles, you can also use them for other electric vehicles that might be around the area if you can’t find any as their technicians Are educated properly with the correct tools to work on electric vehicles . The cool thing about the story is I was not aware that John’s shop located in Cheshire and in the whole United States these guys are ranked number 3, that’s right #3, definitely an incredible milestone from so many shops here around the country that he puts Cheshire CT on the map as number 3. That is simply awesome, from hard work, dedication, known in the industry to be high-quality, quick and efficient. Thank you again guys for working on my bumper fillers for my 87 GN, that came out great. Also, thank you again for the conversations and for educating me on the Amazon vehicles.”

“Antar & the crew are legit. After being quoted for a ridiculously high price at a different mechanic, I brought my SUV to Morrell Muffler. They lifted my car and Antae personally brought me into the garage to look at my exhaust system and what was the issue. He said they could get it done at the fraction of what the other shop was offering. One hour later, I was good to go and my car has been as silent as a Tesla. I highly recommend.”

“Went with a draggin splash shield under a rented car.
Few words and lot of good deeds: they looked under the car, lifted it up, removed the damaged splash shield, checked pressure in the tires while they were at it and inflated them as needed.
In the end I asked how much I owed them and they asked for nothing, told me not to worry about it: such behavior is certainly worthy of a 5 star review.”

“I needed a new battery, but due to the location, they couldn't put it in for me. I had called the night before I went & they said if they couldn't change it out they would jump start my car again for me. When I went in the next morning they were very happy to take a look. I could tell he genuinely wanted to be able to help me, but couldn't. He made some suggestions, explained the warranty of the batteries & was patient while I called to find someone that could install the battery that day. I did buy a battery there & do to the extremely helpful nature of both people I spoke to, I will definitely go back again. FYI - did you know that providing a vin number for your vehicle is the best way to shop for parts for your vehicle?”
