“As stated this is a family-owned and operated business, and it really shows with its customer service. I dealt with both father and son on the phone in my search for a particular, virtually impossible bike to find this Christmas season, that my grandson wanted. They spent lots of time with me on the phone trying to see if and how it could work or if there were alternatives. They took the time to send me pics of bikes that might be available in a few months. I got lucky and found a bike at another shop, but if Renaissance would have had it, I would have purchased it there.”
