As a first time homebuyer, AFC could not have been more efficient, candid, and supportive throughout the buying process. Cody was our loan officer, he made everything seamless by being available to answer our questions and proactively reaching out to act as a guide through each step of the process. The rest of the team was very friendly and quick to respond to questions and concerns. We closed on time with no bottlenecks and felt very supported from start to finish. I highly recommend them to anyone, especially those who have never been through the process and may need guidance or education.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. From the beginning, we were led to believe that the loan was guaranteed and that all we needed was to find the right house. They even changed the rates twice, and we still agreed. Yet, unexpectedly, they simply walked away from the process.
On top of that, we invested money based on their promises: we paid a $10,000 deposit to hold the house and another $525 for the appraisal, which was approved. In the end, all of this was lost due to the company’s lack of commitment and professionalism.
The service was completely unprofessional: many times calls went unanswered, messages were ignored, and when there was a response, it was cold and dismissive, as if they were doing me a favor, with no respect or consideration.
This behavior created false hope, financial loss, and deep frustration. I would not recommend them to anyone. If someone asks for my opinion, they are at the very bottom of the list of lenders. If you’re considering a mortgage, explore every other option before even thinking about working with them.
