I was incredible discouraged knowing how expensive body work can be. As soon as I walked in, Suzie made me feel so comfortable! She explained everything clearly and sat with me as she looked for the parts my car needed. She did everything to get me the best price for the repair. I got the appointment through my insurance , check in and check out was very smooth , work done was excellent the only thing was communication, I almost called 5 times to get an update, I would have loved a proactive communication. I didn’t get my car on schedule time due to parts delivery but that was expected due to supply chain issue still going around. Overall I had a good experience.Service: Auto body & trim repair”

“Been going here for years. Are they falling off now my car was done so fast I mean fast didn’t clean the inside good at all. Yea I came from having windshield damage done. Never had a problem before now it’s terrible they charged me $44.65 I will no longer come here”
“Came by at 10:30am. Opens at 8:00.I PAID for a basic wash and wanted to take advantage of the free vacuuming but to my surprise the doors to car wash were closed, no one came to open it, then tried to at least use the vacuums, but were turned off, and the exit was corded off! The entrance was NOT blocked off nor any traffic cones to stop traffic. UPDATE. CAME BCK & was given a full voucher. Evidently the garbage men came and took down the traffic cones that were at entrance and didn’t replace them. Will definitely go back.”

“I don't understand all of the bad reviews. I just signed up for the monthly package and have used it three times already. Each car wash is great! My windows, including the front windshield, have never been cleaner. The vacuum cleaning has complete coverage. My car is spotless when done. I'm very pleased and satisfied with Personal Touch Car Wash so far. I started going here after my normal car wash that I visited for years went completely downhill after some major service changes. I highly recommend Personal Touch Car Wash.”
