Driving on i95 weaving in and out of traffic no turn signal cutting across lanes to Make it off exit 9. Definitely a prime example of how you shouldn't be driving a 25000 pound machine. Correct your driver's there's people with family they care about in their cars and want to get home to.

I managed purchasing for a top CT interior design firm for 3.5 years, and had Bucks as our primary partner nearly every one of our white glove deliveries. With hundreds of client deliveries yearly, and thousands of items, Bucks overall was phenomenal to work with. Most of the firms clientele had rave reviews of the professionalism that their team provided on site for their day of coordination. I have met their team first hand on projects, and considering how hard the labor and installation can be, they brought positivity and professionalism to every job, and that truly stood out. In this industry, there are always potential shipping issues, and Bucks management did a great job of both mitigating these and maintaining accountability, which made for a strong partnership to ensure the firm's success and client's satisfaction. Their receiving is organized and responsive to best ensure product quality with manufacturers & shippers. If you're an interior designer in CT, Bucks stands out as THE receiver & white glove delivery to have to ensure quality and satisfaction.

Bucks Transport is the only receiving and delivery warehouse that we will work with. They are always professional, organized and friendly, and will go out of their way to help if a problem arises. I cannot speak highly enough about their services and team members.

Buck's has been our go-to receiver for the past 10 years. They have taken care of us throughout. Their moving team has always been flexible and willing to go above an beyond on our installs. Everyone comes onto the job with a positive attitude and are extremely professional in how they handle our installs. The back-of-office team goes the extra mile for us and it is truly appreciated.

We LOVE working with Bucks--drivers always and delivery team are courteous and professional--always arrive with time frame promised. They have always alerted us of damaged deliveries promptly--send appropriate imagery for claims. They work hard and always accommodate our requests. They treat our client's home with respect and do a great job of helping us install!

Lorraine Levinson Interior Design uses Buck's Transport for all of our local CT and NY deliveries. They have an excellent system in place for receiving our client's furniture and misc. items. They inspect everything and even repair things that come in damaged! They let us know promptly when things arrive and they store things safely if we are waiting on more items to come before scheduling delivery to our clients. They are always incredibly efficient and professional when delivering to our clients and we never have any complains from them. If anything get noticed upon delivery they are great at taking a photo on site and reporting it to us so we can resolve appropriately. They also are incredibly helpful when things come in damaged and we have to arrange returns or replacement claims with vendors. They always make sure claims are processed as requested and items get picked up by freight carriers for returns so we get our appropriate credits from those various manufacturers. We've used other receivers and they are not nearly as communicative, professional or easy to work with as Buck's Transport. We appreciate the work they do everyday!
