They sent me texts twice a week on specific days in addition to a phone call each week to keep me apprised of the repair status of my vehicle. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The work completed was excellent (repaired damage to bumper and lift gate). The speed and efficiency of the process was also excellent. Once my car was ready to pick up, I was able to return my rental vehicle at Caliber. The whole process took 11 minutes. I highly recommend Caliber Collision.”
