“Parked my car under a pine tree on a very hot day and ended up with a lot of sap / tar droppings. Tried to clean with tar and bug remover and a plastic scraper which resulted in a mess. Went to Abates and he compounded and waxed the car. It now looks like a new car with no trace of damages. Highly recommended.”

“Came by at 10:30am. Opens at 8:00.I PAID for a basic wash and wanted to take advantage of the free vacuuming but to my surprise the doors to car wash were closed, no one came to open it, then tried to at least use the vacuums, but were turned off, and the exit was corded off! The entrance was NOT blocked off nor any traffic cones to stop traffic. UPDATE. CAME BCK & was given a full voucher. Evidently the garbage men came and took down the traffic cones that were at entrance and didn’t replace them. Will definitely go back.”
“I must add a postscript to my review: I was surprised to hear back directly from Alltown’s area manager, Pedro Pagan. He gets 5 stars for customer service. Not only did he refund my $16, but he also gave me a coupon to use the car wash again, recommending I use the automatic brush-washing lane and not the brushless lane. Thank you, Pedro. You won back this customer.
What a total waste of $16. I wish I knew who to call to get a refund - and I wish I’d looked at the reviews before going! So many poor reviews but clearly the message is not getting thru to the owners.”
