Don't waste your money here. Natural pet outlet has waaaay more products, and a clean store. Choice pet looks like every dog in town came in to take a crap on the floor. (Your dog will probably get parvo here.) Any fish or birds,small creatures ect. you buy will probably be sick , and upper management couldn't care less as long as you're lining their pockets. Shame on you!!

Very disappointed in the store. We took 2 of our large dogs there to use the facilities to bathe them. No one had any idea what was going on. We started to wash them and there wasn't any shampoo. The bottles they had there were empty. When I went up from to ask for shampoo they had no idea where it was. They said they didn't have any. I said it's a pet store how do you not have shampoo. They didn't have an answer for me. As I went back to the dogs to get ready to leave while they were wet the young man came over and said he found some. We did the best we could. It was dirty. There was hair everywhere. The brushes were disgusting-not that I would use them. We bring our own brushes. The towels smelled like smoke. I would not recommend this particular store to anyone. We have been to the one in Fairfield and it was beautiful. Clean, full of supplies and even had treats for the dogs in the bathing area.

This was great pet store as they had large selection of healthy dog food plus the staff were very knowledgeable of the products. Plus my dog was welcomed in the store nice.

previous employee- I was nothing but absolutely singled out for every little mistake I made even after continuously telling them that I have a disability. Got terminated for my probation period being extended due to calling out on a sunday for a migraine and not having a doctors note and the countless times I was written up for being on my phone when everyone else was on there phone. I was terminated over the phone not even in person which in my opinion is completely unprofessional especially how the call had went. Not to mention how they told us to stop paying attention/ nurturing to the animals after one had a vet visit for unfortunate accident. They never excepted any of my time off requests even if it was 2 weeks or more ahead. You could not take more than a 20 minute break even working a 10+ hour shift which was constantly interrupted to still help customers. I was terminated for a silly reason when they have someone working for their company who straight up stole from them and didn't fire them. They target people for having disabilities and fire them for stupid reasons telling them "we aren't fit for the role". I would also like to say this it is one of the most terrible places I have ever worked at and would not recommend it to anyone. They treat all their employees like s**** I would never support this "small business" ever again.

Katie was very knowledge, friendly and helpful. I told her I needed help with my bearded dragon and she stopped what she was doing and answered any question I needed (she even helped me search stuff online and offered to put in a special order for me!). The store was clean and prices were fair.
