The services are good but the autologous eye drops have frequent mechanical issues. Every order has at least one vial that doesn't function properly. For what they charge for this product they should ALL work. My newest refill has had 3 no n functioning vials. NOT WORTH THE MONEY!

I wanted to take a moment to give a shout out to Reliant Compounded Solutions for their excellent customer service and speed. My son had an eye procedure that required a multi-faceted,broad spectrum antibiotic mix. His original prescription ran out on a Sunday and he was returning to his out of state home on Monday. My wife reached out to a friend who works at Reliant to see the viability of getting the prescription before our son departed. Here’s where we need to give a special shout out to Gen Cobuzzi as she listened to my wife, sized up the situation, contacted the doctor to expedite the refill and ensured the refill was completed and ready for his departure (including having it in a chilled package as the prescription needs refrigeration).
Thank you Reliant Compounded Solutions for the empathy and big assist!

We have been dealing with a nightmare medical issue. We have searched the country for meds we need and Reliant Compounded Solutions has been our savior. They are more on top of our needs than anyone else involved in our recovery. All the doctors are on a WhatsApp group chat and when we mention a need for a drug Jack responses within minutes. Our doctor friends in Connecticut directed us the them as they are excellent and we couldn’t agree more. If only all company’s in America were this reliable. Thank you for all you have done and continue to do for us!

Terrible service, say one thing one day and the opposite 3 days later, charge unreasonably high rates since theyre the only compounding pharmacy in Connecticut, straight out lie about previously filling a prescription with a certain formulation before, then when asked to look back realize they have actually never filled the prescription!

Incredible service. I had a patient with a rare vision-threatening fungal infection, & the pharmacist compounded amphotericin B emergently & their COO personally drove it to FedEx so they wouldn’t miss their 5pm deadline, so it’d go out then & be in my office in Manhattan before noon the next day! A+ service from A+ people👌🙏👍

Outstanding service! I wish the customer service at every pharmacy, store, etc. was this good. Staff is very knowledgable and responsive, they fill orders quickly, and they are a pleasure to work with. If there were 6 stars I would have checked that!

Reliant Pharmacy “GONE”. Only within a matter of a few days notice my family among all others that were customers received a letter stating that Reliant had sent all prescriptions to Walgreens. Then they shut the doors.
I have to be honest and say that this pharmacy was no where near as it used to be. I had contemplated leaving several times.
This was not a very professional way of leaving by any means. They had started to carry less and less supplies, and if you even asked to order some thing, especially a prescription that you were going to need filled they were no longer willing to place an order like they used to.
So they moved out of town to do compounding only. Can anyone guess why? I guarantee without question it was the almighty dollar.
In my opinion, Reliant pharmacy that is no longer in Southbury was becoming a pier mess, as there were just too many employees working there. The way they close the doors is up here disgust not only to myself but many others, that I know have said the same thing.
Well, like I say, everything happens for a reason and Walgreens so far so good they are really on top of things. From what I see thus far is reliability, professionalism and willing to go above and beyond for their customers. I am speaking for myself, as others may not feel the same way. However, I can say they are the reliable pharmacy. Bye bye Reliant!
I did call you our new location only to find out that apparently all old records were not available any longer. So I over paid you “enjoy” !

All staff are super efficient, a pleasure to speak with, and have stellar customer service, going above and beyond to help me (even when I have mistakenly called the wrong line after hours!). I honestly don’t know what I would do without my compounded prescription; I am also so grateful for the time saved in shipping direct to me.100 ⭐️s!!!!!

I can't say ENOUGH great things about this place! Every aspect of how they run the pharmacy, customer service is above and beyond, and the shipping is fast! I literally have a smile on my face every time I interact with people that work there over the phone! 10 stars if I could!
